Ihop

We were traveling from TX to FL, stopped for food but everything was closed & IHOP was closing in 20 minutes. I walked in & they said the grill had already been shut down. The manager, Rhonda, came up & said she knew what it was like & said she would fire the grill back up just for us. The waiter & cook were so nice even though they had to stay a little late just for us. That's good customer service & we are so grateful for it!

The food has been "ok" but the last 3x I've gone it's been an hour wait for our food with no good reason. There was no wait, it wasn't crowded, we made very simple orders... The picture is from a previous review where I was astounded at the service and the quality of the food. This IHOP is notoriously mediocre and I'd been so surprised... Now we're back to the same old IHOP.

The service was really pleasant but unfortunately that's the only positive thing. The food was disgusting. I ordered an omelette with hash browns and the omelet was so cold the cheese didn't melt at all and the hash browns that came with it looked like a scab someone had peeled off a wound. The hash browns were just dripping with old brown grease and were also cold. Again the wait staff seems very nice but whoever was cooking should be shot

You did me so bad. I ordered the big brunch sandwich with avocado French fries and angus beef. They gave me no avocado and no hamburger….on my burger. That’s sad. I paid 27.77 for Waitr to deliver it to me which this money I really didn’t have. I haven’t eaten good food all day and now I have a growling stomach and a $30 deduction in my account.
