Sonic Drive-in

Wish I could give 0 stars. We ordered 3 drinks and a cup of ice. They took our order, and we waited. It said someone was going to bring us our order. We sat there for over 30 minutes and no one came out. They weren't very busy, and other people were getting their orders. I don't believe they should be able to say someone is coming with our order if they aren't. We only ordered drinks! Terrible service.

Ordered online. The Sonic on Keyser was closed due to not enough employees so I ordered from the one on the other side of town on University Parkway. Drove up and the drive thru was blocked off with cones and the parking where you order was blocked off. I parked across in the parking area.. checked in online and sat there for 20 minutes with no response.. my screen kept saying they were working on my order then timed out. I tried again and it would not go through. My order was only 2 drinks. 2 other customers pulled up too. None of us were ever acknowledged or helped. Both locations in Natchitoches have not been good.
