MEXICAN PIZZAS ARE BACK! Never had the best customer service experience here but the food comes in a timely manner and tastes how I expect it, the folks in the kitchen always working hard so I appreciate it. I'll drive the extra time to avoid going to Goodlettsville location.
I use to work at taco bell for 5 years and this is probably the only burrito since then that tasted as expected. Very consistent. Never been to this taco bell but I was impressed. The burrito was folded well. The food tasted well and exactly as expected. Good job. Wishing whoever made my burrito could make it every time
It's Drive thru only right now, and we ordered on the app ahead of time.
We had zero issues, they got our entire order correct (which is rare compared to other locations!) And were SO nice!
They gave us plenty of sauce without asking, and the food was so delicious.
I have zero complaints, and will definitely be using this location from here on out if we're nearby. And also, I highly recommend using the app! It has online exclusives, and just made it SO much easier trying to order for a family of 7!
I work pretty closeby, so I end up going here quite often. Tammy is very nice and is genuinely kind. Everyone at this location does a good job, and they have never got anything wrong on my orders. 10/10 in my opinion, exactly what you want from a Taco Bell.
I still say 5 stars but there is a young man that works the window that does not need to be dealing with customers. He is unprofessional and rude and he needs to have more training in dealing with the public.
My Nacho's bel grande was delicious, I like mine with extra meat & cheese!!
