Excellent service by a very pleasant cashier. Thw chicken was perfect and the biscuit was better than most Bojangles.
Well... I don't eat Bojangles very much but this last experience was definitely an experience (to say the least). We went through the drive thru and it was really hard to understand the lady taking the order... I was handed the food before I received my credit card back (which to me is extremely poor drive thru etiquette) so I drove off without my card.... I went inside to go get it... That took a while (but they were busy). When I got back into my car, an elderly lady fell and hit the front bumper with her head. I thought it was very kind that two of the employees helped her get up and into the car. They made sure she was okay. The food was tasty and I ALWAYS love me some of their seasoned fries (well if there is seasoning on them, sometimes that is a hit or miss). OH and this location has the cheddar bo biscuits! So yummy 😋
Even though I worked for Bojangles for a few months in ooltewah TN. The biscuits were not freshly made.
First Bojangles was ok did not take so long. Second Bojangles took longer than expected in drive thru.
Late at night stop on long drive . Got supreme kids meal and cheddar bo biscuit. Both were fresh , fried were seasoned and service was good.
Food is always hot and good. Service is fast. This is a go to for me.
What a great bojangles, food was hot, fresh and tasty.. sometimes the chicken can be cold, or old.. not here, and service was great, definitely recommended this stop for a affordable and great tasting meal on the go!
If you like chicken, they've got what you're looking for and lots of it. They have more than you can eat but that's not some sort of Tiktok challenge. Everything in moderation. Everything in moderation.
Okay, so let me start by saying, "I had issues on this visit"! I am a stickler for great service and communication, so when I ordered a "Egg, Bacon Biscuit & add Cheddar"...and my total came to $8.53???? I had to say, "Hold on, how much?"???
Y'all, I know everything went up coming out of this pandemic, BUT that's literally like a $3.00 increase!!! Can somebody say, "No, that's too much!!!" If we, the consumers, don't say "NO", there is no limit these establishments will take us with these ridiculous prices!!! The clerk didn't bother to say, "Now that cheese is gonna cost you an extra $1.23"! That is ridiculous considering that isn't for a whole slice of cheese! Yeah, I didn't get that, sorry!! I ordered a "Gravy Biscuit" and that was amazing!!!😋 Other than this, the staff was kind, even with my questions. The service was descent. My food was good. The manager explained the break down of their pricing. Hence, I decided "no" on my original order choice!
The Drive thru line was short & steady moving. Cajun Fillet Biscuit was Good, but the Fries were COLD!
