They forgot napkins and the line was very long but they moved it along quickly and the food was good. They didn't ask if I wanted sauce or a drink, but they were nice. However, it seemed odd that the window cashier was hanging something out of the window to trigger the drive through time sensor. I understand from working fast food in the past, myself, that you want the time to stay under but it doesn't look good to the customers and it seems like it would be of more integrity to keep the time honest, even if it's over. The whole world is understaffed so no one should feel pressure from corporate to meet demands with low staff available. Everyone should be honest and understanding. Other than that, it's a great Taco Bell.
As far as Taco Bell’s go, this one’s the bell of the ball :D great customer service, seems like it is owned, not just a franchise location. Lots of kids working there (as it goes) but mgmt has great customer service.
I have not been to Taco Bell in at least 20 years. When I ordered I asked for chicken tacos and the lady was kind enough to say that she could make me some which I thought was extremely nice of her as I don't eat beef and I had no idea that they did not offer chicken tacos. When I received my food, I was extremely happy to notice that Taco Bell has reduced their sodium content by at least 75% since I last ate there. Kudos to them! My chicken tacos were delicious indeed. Thank you to the staff for being so accommodating. I very much appreciate their kindness.

Taco Bell of Fairview TN does a pretty good job on speed and accuracy and freshness about 90 percent of the time. The daytime manager is very good and runs a tight shift. He usually runs the window and always thanks you by name. He takes time to look at your name on your payment card and thanks you by name which is very considerate. Great job all in all at Fairview TN Taco Bell.... Keep it up y'all !!

Shout out to the lady who was working drive thru. She was very professional and efficient! It's unfortunate that this is so rare but it makes up for it when you run across folks who actually take pride in their jobs.
Cleaner than many 4 star restaurants. ( I don’t know that I have been in a 5 star). Floors are clean. No grease smell. Immaculate for any restaurant.
My husband placed an online order. He arrived and the food was ready to be picked up. He had driven our son’s vehicle because the battery had been stalling and he wanted to see if there was still an issue. The battery stalled while in the parking lot. The manager and another staff member took the time to help my husband recharge the battery. So thankful! The food was still warm when he arrived back at home. We enjoyed our yummy dinner from Taco Bell! Thanks!
The staff is super friendly. Orders are correct. Food is prepared properly and neatly. It is super clean. My only complaint is it takes for-----ever to get the food. But like I said-- clean, accurate, friendly. Best Taco Bell in the area, imho
