Everyone at this taco bell location is so nice and knowledgeable . I commend management on this one. Very good job. The food is always fresh too. Kindness and a smile from one person can go a long way, you never know what they're going through. Keep it up guys!
First let me say that this visit to Taco Bell was the most pleasant experience. The food came out and looked like it should have been photographed. Second, the food was not only visually pleasing but it was fresh, tasted fantastic. Third, my drink was extra fizzy.
Hands down……the Taco Bell located in Charlotte Pike is the best!!! Great Job!!!!😁
I was visiting the Taco Bell on Charlotte Pike between 5:30 and 6:00 pm on Saturday September 2 and the young lady at the drive thru window was SO nice! Had a hard day and it was so great to have a person be friendly, attentive and my order was perfect. Wonderful experience ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I was very impressed with the guy who took my order this evening at the drive thru. My order was a little complicated and he was patient, kind and got my order right. He gets 5 stars. 4 stars is for the app...it adds 50¢ extra on each order, so I can no longer use it which is more of a hassle for myself and the order takers. Please correct this issue.
My favorite taco bell!! love my night shift people, come here after work almost every night. one of the best places for vegetarian options, fast service, love the ability to customize my food easily. Always easy in and out!! Use the app to get free food all the time and order ahead!!
Picture this: it's an early morning out and about. You drink some ice coffee before you leave the house but now, uh oh, you have the achiest of tummy's now. Fear not, for you are gods strongest soldier and will persevere. You go to target and get a yogurt drink. You think "this should satisfy some hunger and make my tummy feel better". WRONG. Now you have worse tummy ache and feel like you're going to explode. You call out for help. You are on your hands and knees begging, PLEADING to any and every higher power to make you feel better. And then you see HER. A purple bell on a building. Do you roll the dice and get a burrito?? Seems risky. But you need sustenance. You grasp and claw your way to the taco bell drive through. You get a chipotle chicken grilled burrito. You get to the window and are there for maybe 15 seconds MAX before they hand you your food. You take your food from the employees hands and look into their eyes. You can almost feel them telling you telepathically "you've earned this". You pull into a parking spot and scarf your food like the tiny little tortilla gremlin you are. First bite. Bliss. You keep eating, biting your fingers repeatedly because your little rat brain has taken control over you. You regain consciousness and notice that each bite you have taken has had an even amount of each ingredient and was just perfect all around. You finished eating (if thats what you want to call whatever that was) and pleadge your allegiance to all of those who were able to make this happen. This is my story. MY TRUTH. And I will remain silent no longer. The Charlotte Pike Taco Bell's story needs to be shared for they are a becon of light in truly dark times.
Food is consistently good and warm. Staff is always friendly. Clean inside as well.
The ladies' restroom was very clean. The dining room was very nice, too. Customer service was good. 👍
My quick go to for lunch. Only thing is this location doesn't have the protein bowls.
Great guy working the Night Shift very fast and efficient he was, young but super fact effective….definitely a asset to Taco Bell…
