This McDonald’s is very consistent with great food great customer service and very friendly! I live close to this McDonald’s and I stop every morning no matter what I order ahead on the app and getting through the drive through and getting my food quickly easy and it’s always hot and fresh and served with a smile! I know other stores with the same name that constantly fail but they have it together here!! Thank yall

Very very professional. The service was above and beyond. The Food was Grade A. The Atmosphere was very friendly great smiles and professional attitudes throughout this location.and so fast. Everything a McDonald's should be. The Manager Shay was very professional. If I could give 100 stars I would. Great job McDonald's on this locations team. Everything you want from a McDonald's is at this location.

This is our favorite location! We love to come here. Service is fast, kind, and the food is HOT when we get it. We have never had to eat more than just a few minutes for out food. Love it.

I don't ever ever eat McDonald's....thus was an extenuating circumstance. Their drive through line was PACKED...but they got everyone through SO fast!!! My entire order was correct and warm and actually good! The associates were courteous. Literally the best McDonald's experience.

The food order was a bit slow. But other than that the best McDonald's experience. The diverse crowd that lives around the area was fascinating with all the different conversations and the employees were upbeat. Good vibe there.

Wanted to try the new oreo frappe, on the sign in front of the menu it says any small frappe, shakes, or smoothies for $2 and it has a picture of the new oreo frappe i ordered it and went to pay and it wasn't $2 it was more, i had told the employee that on the sign it even has a picture of it and they were very rude to me.

I order a number 1 Big Mac and #16 nuggets and a happy meal. The person that took my money cash never gave me a receipt waited in line for 15 mins. After getting home we sit down to eat and the nuggets all ten are raw inside pure pink I called the store no one answers I call back and ask to speak to a manager one named Kevin came to the phone and was extremely rude when I ask if I could speak to a different manager due to him having a attitude because I waited so long for raw nuggets I asked for a home office phone number he placed me on hold and them hung up on me and I tryes to call back and no one answers the phone I myself work in the service industry and I know that this is not a way to treat a paying customer. I am extremely upset over this and it's the closest Mickey ds to me and I can't believe someone in a manager position would treat a customer/guest in such a way!!!

Giant pot hole in the drive through popped my tire. Watch out!! Rudest employees you'll ever see. Even for fast food workers they were rude. There is no way to avoid this pothole and it's HUGE. Why has this not been fixed? Why is there not training to your employees for customer service. The one person at the window told me I needed to pay first when I asked for a manager. Then the next person at the food window ignored me at first , then told me there was no manager on duty. After I persisted she then told me I'd have to come inside to see a manager. After pulling off the the side of the drive through to fix my tire, I went inside to find the "manager". I was pointed out to him and asked him to follow me outside. I first showed him the large, unavoidable pothole, in the middle of the drive though. I then walked him to my car and showed him my tire, which had a giant gash in the side. He preceded to tell me how he drives on the pothole all the time and his car is fine and I need to calm down. When I ask him who I need to talk to so I can file a claim, he says I have to wait for the GM. So I asked him to call her, he would not, he would only day she was on the way soon. I asked for a number so I could call someone, and he refused. When the GM of the store finally showed up she took our claim and refunded my purchase. She then told me that when she's not their she admits her crew didn't know how to handle safety issues and were bad with customer service. How is this expectable?? Why aren't these employees fired?? I have still not heard anything from corporate either. I have pictures of the pothole and my tire and there was a security camera pointed right at me so mcdonalds has the video of me hitting the pothole. Stay away from this location!!

Went threw a few nights ago. Got a biscuit & bacon a Coke & medium fries. The bacon was nasty. The biscuit was so hard u could knocked someone out the coke was the only thing good. I called in an told them about there bad service. They replaced my order the next day. It was no better. The fries was a little hotter. But the biscuit still sucked. It was hard. Plus I ask for Apple pies they were out the manager was not cooking anymore an I also ask about cookies said they was out. Then the cashier said know we are not out. We just got 1. But the manager said she wasn't cooking any more not less it was more then a $10.00 order.. I said I bet I do. So I think I'm just going to report this store to the main head quarters. *RUDEESTFOLKS IN THE BUSINESS TO BE DEALING WITH THE PUBLIC.
