In town on business and dropped by after a long day. Decided to get a smorgasbord and everything was great! Went inside and got a to go order and the inside was clean and the ladies working were super friendly. Have another long day tomorrow at the office so will probably stop by again before hitting the hotel.
Stopped here for a quick bite. Used the mobile app to place the order, but the restaurant didn’t have my order. The lady I spoke with said the mobile app hasn’t been working for them. She was friendly and fulfilled my order. A staff member that was cleaning when I walked in was friendly as well. Food was chain standard. The fountain drink tasted a little watered down. Parking is a little limited here, so peak times may be a challenge. There is an alternative exit marked so that you can use a light to get back out onto the main road.
I would have been nice to have mobile orders disabled if they are having issues.
Day time really good fresh and hot service is better than normal at night much different results service slow food only warm fries actually cold seems very short staffed and don't really care
That Bathrooms need more attention. They reek of Urine, and have a foot pedal available. Dry blowers only circulate the disgusting and blow it directly onto your hands.
This particular location is right on the way out of Nashville and depending which way you come to it is a bit tricky to get in an out to Hillsboro Pike. Besides that, it is your typical McDonalds with the new modern layout, electronic ordering stations, and even a kids playground inside.
I would certainly recommend it for medium to large groups, but parking could be an issue. Finally, keep in mind that if you park close to the entrance on the way in it is easier to exit through the small road behind the Exxon gas station next to the restaurant.

Hands down the best McDonald’s in Nashville. Food has always been fresh and staff is friendly.
Well the atmosphere was good. I was in drive thru with car full of kids.and everything was as expected.good.
I don't visit McDonald's very often, but this one was convenient to the part of town where I was running errands during my lunch hour. I thought I'd give the new "self-checkout" process a try. It was great, and convenient. Part of this new process is that they bring the food to your table. The renovation is awesome. Certainly much better than before. As a result, I believe employee morale is up. Perhaps I'll return the next time I'm craving some McNuggets!
My customer service was great and the food was fresh 😋
