I must say that everyone here was so nice and had a huge smile on their face. The restaurant was very clean and well stocked. It seemed like everyone was on the same page. We didn't wait in a line and got place our order right away. The food was hot and fresh. It tasted prefect! One of the best Captain D'Souza I've been to in some time.

September 4th 2023, I had the pleasure of patronizing this restaurant! Frankly my intentions were to visit a different place, but I to visit Capitan D's! Their menu gave a variety of different options! The dish I chose was truly delicious and filling! The staff was great and very friendly and helpful! The Manager/Supervisor had her cellphone tuned to a "Banging music station" which added a lively atmosphere! There were others Customers who were bopping their heads to the music as well! I truly enjoyed Capitan D's

This is hand downs the most excellent captain D"s ive personally seen. Erica and this staff are above friendly. Their customer service is so great you must come see for your self. Then the cleaness of the unit is above any standard ive ever read or seen. This unique team is headed up by Carl. Im shocked at how this captain D's in my eyes beats out even Antioch Tn. The area director Mr. Cooper from Atlamta Ga has taken over these stores Amazing transformation. I also want to put Mickey in the mix here her smilr welcoming is evem more impeccable. CONGRADULATIONS.... TEAM...... EFFORT..... GIVES YOU THESE HIGH MARKS. So to my followers please if in the music city check out this absolutly magnificent captain d's

I stopped at this location for lunch and I must say that the drive-thru was packed with a lot of cars however they were moving right along so if you're in a hurry this location is pretty speedy.

Don't order the fried okra... it WILL be overcooked... every thing else was wonderful... juicy sweet corn on the cob.. hush puppies and fish cooked perfectly..

They may have to wait. There was only one man who was cooking the food and also taking the money. Mind you he was a Senior Citizen. Is this our Society is that the older people are doing all of the work. These children are the age of 21+ must think the older generation are suppose to support them. I think they need more education in know one owes you a living. The Corporation's are almost begging you to come to work. When I see people on the corners begging for food or Whatever. I say if my Old *** can get out and work so can you. Everything has gone up in prices because of the GAS ⛽ PRICE'S. How much more do stores and fast food places think people can donate to kids since we are paying high prices in everything else. Get a clue with all of this goughing does big corporate America think the American public can handle. Let these corporations who already make millions and billions pay for these kids things they have the money to pay for it all.

Great place to eat. Couldn't go in to eat becuz of not enough staff but had a generous mid 20s employee help us out with the food and even gave us a free drink, and cheesecake for waiting and we tip him before that. Nice people they have working there.

Slowest place in the world , one order took 27 minutes SERIOUSLY UPDATE : I went yesterday, toldly new experience. Faster, cleaner and nicer employees. Whatever changes have been made, Great job !

I'm not sure what happened but we got the best fish we've had from this location in 10 years. Everything was hot and fresh and the lady at the window was very polite!
