We stopped in for lunch in between showing some homes to a client. This location has been here for a while. The place is clean and inviting not just by the smell but by the smiles on the employees face and the atmosphere. Other patrons joyously talking and clearly enjoying themselves in this pleasant establishment. Clearly this location has everything together. Congratulations to this team and managers. Your doing it right!

This is a way better place to eat if you're able to personally get food my wife and I have never had any positive outcomes using any type of food delivery services such as Doordash, UberEATS, etc. We have tried several times and every time there was an issue it was either food items were left off or the food was just unbelievably cold although it was just picked up from the location and dropped off literally 6 minutes down the road. So if you want a quality warm meal from this Krystal location please visit them personally it is definitely worth it.
My kids hardly ever ask for Krystals. Which they call mini burgers. They are a lil expensive now. Their prices keep going up on those lil burgers and lil hot dogs/corn dogs/chicken sandwich.
The owner and franchise purchaser didn't fail me you have no need to apologize although it's much appreciated so I can give you a proper rating. My choice of 1* was due to the negligence of your workers to concerned with their personal matters to display the courtesy and respect every customer choosing to dine there deserves. I remember being talked to as if my order was a nuisance to them and being rushed to finish with my timed order and move for the next person I didn't even bother taking my complete wrong cold order back if my time didn't matter my complaint sure wouldn't help me or the next customers so I fed it to the animals and went to DQv where they couldn't have been more respectful. I would definitely check your employee resume as well as face to face interviews they ruined Krystal for me and I usually never let lifes stress bother me
Well im in #Nashville and stop by Krystal on Dickerson Rd. Food was delicious and came fast and hot. Not to many fast food places do that. But the cashier Stasha was cool while handling her business taking care of customers. Also thank you to the staff for putting the food together as well. My only advice is do better and keep up the great work. Thank yall.
Last few times I went in for breakfast doors were locked. This includes this morning's visit. The Mrs Winners next door has had there indoor dining closed for months. Is Krystal going to do the same. No more indoor dining at this location.
I'm just thankful that somebody works there. She was enormously busy. Bless her heart. I hope Krystal gives her bonuses for showing up!!!!!
