I ordered a pizza online yesterday, and upon arriving to pick it up, I realized that apparently I selected the wrong location. The gentleman that helped me was extremely kind and had a pizza made for me quickly. I was going to call the other store at the end of my lunch break, but he offered to call them for me. I wasn't having the best day, and my day was made a little better after making a mistake. The pizza was perfect too!
I’ve been ordering from this papa johns for the past few months, usually doing pick up, and it’s always hot and fresh. I tried delivery tonight (on a Saturday) and the pizza was to me within 30 and was still very fresh. My delivery woman was extremely nice too!
I ordered two pizzas recently from this location. They over cooked one pizza on accident and offered to fix it right away. We were fine with the way the pizza was cooked. I was very pleased with the customer service. I will be going back here more often.
This Papa John's Pizza showed true customer service the other day. Not only is there a drive thru (I have a toddler that doesn't like getting in and out of her car seat) but as I was waiting for my pizzas, they let me know that it would be a few extra minutes because the original one they made was not to their standards. I am so grateful that they caught the mistake prior to me getting home because I would much rather wait the couple extra minutes and write this lovely review instead of getting home, being disappointed and contacting customer support.
