So I can't tell if I had such a good experience because of the food, or the array of jolly music subliminally influencing my experience... Been a long time since I've been to KFC, but this place was great! Also the chicken I had was from Space! Love these guys.
Very clean and the food is always good, it's worth your time if you like fast food chicken
The order taker and cashier sam e person, rude as hell, I'll drive to dickson tn before stop there again. and napkins, Wasn't sure why she so rude, I was only one in line, till finally got last order in, when you oder for 5 different people and want to make sure each gets what they want, she was rude from beginning to end. Never again, maybe she needs a rest, or customere service retraining.
My poor friend is sick and all she wanted was mashed potatoes. Got here to find out they had no power. But 2 smiling employees were happy to help serve me whatever they could in a dark restaurant. They're big smiles, friendly attitudes and willingness to help made my day.

Took my meal over to Warner park to eat. Just enjoyed the meal. Went back to tell the manager how I enjoyed the food. Great window young lady, ( I think she thought I was going to be a "Karen" when I asked to speak to the manager.) Instead I had only good things to say. A great KFC with great people. I'll definitely be back.
I've had a love/hate relationship with my local KFC during my years here in Bellevue but I have to say, I've been in several times lately and the quality of the food has been really good. On one of my trips I ordered my mom's favorite; wings, to take to her in the hospital and when I got there they'd given me the wrong order but the food they gave me was good. So, maybe not perfect but I'll give credit where due. The food lately has been much improved.
Contrary to the common internet opinion, I’ve found the beyond chicken to taste quite good! An important note to any pedestrians: this location is often drive-thru only, despite the signs inviting you to go inside for dining.
I just came to this KFC and they had the best manager and staff I have ever dealt with at this location. I know this restaurant wasnt always the best, but if you haven't been in awhile, please go back and give it another try, it has exceeded my expectations. Thank you for the pleasant experience!!
Monday at lunch dude at drive thru was friendly and quick food was too hot to eat right away and got the best chocolate chip cookie I've had in years. Good job guys! Best customer service.
Update 6 months later. Been here a few times, service is always great and food is always right on!
Came back to this restaurant after many months didn't like the customer service back then but the customer service this time around was impeccable very friendly food was out fast nothing was missed really love the changes they did
