Had a great experience with Delicia! She definitely knows how to make a great chicken bacon ranch and is one of Greg’s top employees. I spoke with Greg about how there was no bacon on my chicken bacon ranch. I came back the next day after work, and they made it right. Consider me a return client!
Making sandwiches is easy, but making them this good is a totally different story. The meats were sliced fresh to order, and the sandwich was ready before I reached the end of the counter. The food was outstanding, and the service was even better. The original Italian one day, the big kahuna the next. Mike's way for life.
Great menu and great sandwiches. Fresh ingredients and a great rewards plan. Walk in door, order combo, eat and enjoy.
Five-star food, but 4-star service, so stars should be a 4.5 rating. If one orders online, then those who read the order ought to follow through. Why ask for the names for each sandwich, and then not send them labeled? Why ask for customization if you don't read the requests and follow through? Lots of hands here touching everyone's food and pulling onions out, or drying up the "wet" dressings on those who didn't want it.

Such a great lunch spot!!! My husband and I did not go here for a while bc the customer service was so bad, even though we loved their wraps any subs. We went back ab a year ago and we are so glad we did! The new manager is FANTASTIC,-so nice, happy you’re there and ready help you, and he even remembers your order!! He runs a tight ship and all the employees have the same great attitude!! We both highly recommend this Jersey Mike’s in particular!!!

Came in around 5:30 for dinner on a really low traffic day, ordered a philly cheesesteak. Good quality, soda machine has a good mix ratio, and the two people working at the time were friendly. Music channel on the radio was good stuff too. Great place to just sit and eat a sandwich.
I used to always buy from these guys all the time. Subs are great. Service went bad recently - rude customer service.

Service really improved a lot! Arrogant and unfriendly service persons were either removed or they left the place by themselves (probably just because of inability to handle the job in a right way). Anyway thanks for being professional! Im happy to come back to you!
Advise for gourmet: Jersey Mike's #8 Mikes way and Veggie or Meat Lo Mein in Bamboo Garden - try it!
We've eaten at the Lebanon Pike location many times since it opened, and we have never gotten a bad sub or poor service.
Don't go here expecting Subway. You pay more, but you get about double the meat, and they slice it right there in front of you. One thing you won't get here are the veggies. They've got your traditional lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, and peppers. That's about it.
A big plus for Jersey Mike's is the flat top grill. They cook your Philly with onions and peppers while you wait, so you can enjoy it hot and fresh. You can't beat that.
Definitely give it a try.
I had an order that was messed up. I couldn't get replaced for a while due to a family emergency. However, DK and Teonia took great care of me. This was my first time ever having wrong sandwiches but they corrected my order and made me feel like family. I love this location and will be back. Thank you for such great service DK and Teonia!

Very good Sandwiches! They taste way more fresh and less corporatey stuffed with preservatives like Subway. This business is new to me so I'm sticking up for them as the current sandwich vibe is much better than the reviews say. I'm pretty sure all of the workers being described in these older reviews are gone. It feels pretty professional to me at the moment and I'm not big on crabby workers. I've dealt with four different workers already in my three times there (because I'm actually a slow poke when the menu looks as diverse and tasty as there's). They seem alert and ready to throw down some mad sandwich makin' skills. I was just looking up their hours when I was reminded of all these bad reviews. And its feeling unjust to the new workers who don't fit the same description. I live close and I'm happy to have something other than a Subway to get sandwiches from. I'm ready for a fourth time and probably many more. I've already ordered the same sandwich twice. So what does that tell you? I've really liked the Roast Beef and provolone. The philly was good too and definitely better than average Philly I've had, very fresh. Looking forward to trying more and getting a daily special to save some money so I can eat here more often. Hopefully some more new reviews will get posted and back what I'm saying. After all you can always walk in and leave if something(s) off to you.
