Don't go very bad service wrong order..hard cold French fries..food is not cheap and we get it all messed up..having to wait on line for 30 minutes just to order wen u are the 3rd car there ..something not right...well until someone gets sue.. for bad food an need to be called for health department.. for having food out an serving ot cold.not a single length French fry..all them dark pieces in bottom mean we got served scrap..food. I guess that's a toast bread..they got me for my money 4 combo's...and nasty..that's a fries ...

Surprised at how nice and accommodating the staff was compared to the state of the restaurant. Drive through had no signage so we went in. Floor was sticky to the point of a noise with each step. Food was good though!

We are from out of town and Jack in the Box isn't where we live anymore, but it is something we had as kids and we were very excited to find one. Last night we stopped by and they just had a sign saying only mobile orders. We decided to stop by tonight and try again. The same thing happened, but this time it was a worker who told us. They did not seem very friendly or interested in us. We decided to order through doordash and pick it up since that was the only way we could do it. It took over 40 minutes for doordash to tell us the food may be ready for pickup, since the inside was closed we had to go through the drive through. The system must have started to work because there was a line and they were not getting turned away. We waited in line and got up to the speaker and no one said anything. After a minute or two we finally said hello and the worker answered in a very harsh tone that we could order. We then explained we had a mobile order. They said to pull forward so we did. We got to the window and they start to hand us someone else's drink. We explained we were the mobile order and they quickly closed the window and started working on other stuff. It looked like they did not actually prepare our order even though it was ordered over 40 minutes ago. We then waited at the drive through window for about 10 to 15 minutes before getting our food. After we drive away we checked the food and two sandwiches were messed up. One was supposed to have no tomatoes or ranch sauce. It had both. One was a breakfast sandwich with egg and ham but we received a chicken sandwich with ranch and tomato. Although the other food we got was good it was a real damper because the service was not good, people were honking because of how long it was taking, and the food was messed up.
I do not know if this place is like this all the time, but I wish our experience was better because we were really missing the childhood nostalgia.

Drove almost 3 hours to Nashville to do a favor for a friend and was excited knowing they had my favorite fast food from my California days. The cook was a smart aleck which upset the lady putting the orders together, that was a disaster...I got my food less some ingredients they were out of & what they did have was put on sparingly. Not the best experience so next visit to Jack in the box will be in NC

The service was a actually good the day I was passing through. The area is very sketch though with lots how homeless and beggers sitting around the restaurant. Restaurant is kinda rundown too. Again, the service was good the day I went, and respectful staff.

These guys at this location seem to always have some sort of excuse as to why they can't do something. In the past it has been food shortage (understandable) then system down now tonight they refused to take a drive up order "only taking doordash and mobile orders" give me a break this is just laziness.

We have been to this Jack In The Box 3 times and have not been served once! We have been told the systems were down, they were only taking cash, or they were only doing door dash/Uber orders. We waited in line for 20 minutes the most recent time before we go to order to be told ‘only door dash or Uber eats’. We love Jack In The Box but sadly, this location has ruined it for us.

Wish I could rate it a 0 star. Just found two hairs in my food fn disgusting. Step it up. It happened to both me and my friend. So actually 3 hairs. at this pt, DO NOT eat here. I live right beside this location and their card service is always “down” after 2.

I love the tacos and get usually just them whenever possible. The tacos at this location were probably the best I have ever had. They were a little greasy, but the crispness and filling was to die for. The lettuce and sauce were in them and cold with the hot was perfection. I do not have Jack In The Box where I live. I travel a lot and have to been to locations around the country. Then the cashier had napkins and sauce already in the bag. For some dumb reason I have had to ask for them. This location is great and best I have had in Nashville. I ate their 04/16/2018 around 12-1am and they werent that busy so was even more impressed.

Worst jack in the box ever..the manager so called Evan is really really ignorant and a complete bitch. The only thing that was correct and worth eating was my burger. As she told me she made my food and I was over exaggerating even tho I took Mulitple pictures to show the gm Mario on monday. If that's even the gm real name.I've gone to this location several times and this is by far the worst ever and the most disrespectful person I've had to deal with here at this location. Someone really needs to help save that place other wise its going to go down like the rest of them did.

Worst service.. I come back thinking it might be better. Never is. Consistently long waits in the drive thru.. Or will say they cannot take drive thru offers at all.. Right now on a Saturday night they said they cannot take orders for 20 minutes

Jake in the box 204 largo. Hopefully it was just the manager on duty but this was the worst experience I have ever had with this location. Not only did they completely screw up my order but they didn't even say they were sorry for the inconvenience . But they screwed up the order the second time around to. Only gave it 1 star because I had to. -5 stars!
