I went to 51 North Taproom with a big group last night to celebrate my birthday. The got us seated quickly and our waitress was great. I had the scallops and they were delicious. I highly recommend getting the cheese grits because they are fantastic. One of our friend's orders took a long time to come out so his meal was comped. Their beer selection is huge and they have some really good mixed drinks. It is fairly loud in the restaurant so not the best place for an intimate dinner conversation but perfect for grabbing a delicious dinner with friends or stopping by to have a drink.

Came in on Memorial Day to enjoy a drink and their patio seating. Server was super friendly and kept up for the most part even with him being busy. First time having a Bloody Mary with a guiness in it and it did not disappoint. They seem to have good daily specials as well. Will be back since it’s in the neighborhood
The overall aesthetic, was beautifully great music good vibes, i wasn’t a huge fan of the drinks they are light pourers and drinks come pre-made it doesn’t give a great bar feel, the chicken Nachos were okay, the queso had no favor it’s Gouda cheese with no lime or seasoning, the chicken was smoked had a lot of fat so i couldn’t enjot it as much, overall they have a very freindly staff,
Staff is super friendly. Sat at the bar. Bartender was personable and made some great drinks. We did not eat there but the food that came out of the kitchen looked amazing. We were there when they started to shut down the kitchen, they wiped everything down and even took the caps off the soda machine. It's silly to think this impressed me, but a lot of places don't go into such cleaning details like this. This place has a great selection of beers on tap plus several options in a can.
I came here without any expectations. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the food, book, atmosphere, and service.
I got their chicken tacos which were decent street tacos. I think it was missing something to give it a less dry taste. The tortillas were quite dry as well as the best itself. Their verde salsa doesn’t have much spice to it. It would be great if they served this with a more watery, spicier salsa, or even a nice juicy, blistered, whole jalapeño would be great as well.
We also got their fish and chips, which were awesome. The fish was so tender and juicy, and the fries were fried perfectly. The best part is their homemade tartar sauce which is a little chunky and spicy! I could eat the sauce alone and be content.
They have a ton of beers, including 2-for-1 beers on Mondays, which is when we came.
Staff were very friendly and helpful throughout.
I really enjoyed this restaurant as it had really solid food, and the experience was fantastic.

I was in town for work and stopped by for dinner. Got the Seafood Pasta and was very happy with my selection - lots of flavor and good portions. The beer I had was also very good (nuce selection as well) and staff was courteous. I would check it out again.
Absolutely outstanding all around. We live two blocks away and were excited to eat here. Really fun atmosphere, nice staff, creative and tasty drinks, and the food was just top notch. You could tell whoever came up with the menu and makes the food really put a lot of thought into it and executes everything to perfection. We got the seafood pasta and the gobblin goat and both were incredible. Although the Nations is growing into a pretty special neighborhood and there are a bunch of great restaurants, this place may be our favorite. It was nice to hear everything is made from scratch, even the pasta. In the future it would be nice to see some weekly specials. We will definitely be back.
All menu items are fantastic, but the Smothered Hamburger Steak is one of my favorites! (grilled onions, provolone, collards, mashed potatoes, mushrooms, gravy)
Where do I begin!! I live on a whole different part of town so to me this place is a nice hidden gem. I had a friend bring me here and I fell in love with this place. The food is amazing and I love the atmosphere. My friend told me that everything on the menu was amazing and I must say he did not lie!!! I have now been a few times and I enjoyed my food and drinks so much I always forget to take pics. Here is a pic of the seafood pasta and the Ahi tuna salad with salmon added (My friend was hungry don’t judge her). When I tell you both were amazing. I had a great margarita too!!! This place is one that everyone should try the service was impeccable and I was so happy that the waiters really knew the menu. Please please please stop by and try 51 Taproom you will not be disappointed

My wife and I shared the brunch panini this Sunday morning; fried egg with cheese, ham and bacon. DELICIOUS. Cooked perfectly, great service. This is one of our favorite restaurants in Nashville.
