I visit this Panera almost every morning (Mon-Fri). I love it! Everyone is so nice and I love that people call me by name when I come in. I often come in cranky, because I'm low on sleep, but the visit to this Panera helps wake me up and get me in a better mood before heading in to work. I visit another Panera on the weekends and the service is not as good and my order is often incorrect. Never at West End.

Good food, not so great of service. The lady taking our order looied and acted like she would rather be anywhere else than there. She knew nothing that we asked her about the menu and did not even try to find out. Got the pick two with potato soup and turkey, bacon bravo. Soup was super good and chunky with tons of potatoes. Sandwich was super fresh. If they can improve in their service in would be a slam dunk.

One of the last few chains in general that hasn't forgotten "what gott'em there." Hospitality still great. Clean and fast. Come on..really what else is there? Yeah , pretty decent cup o' soup too.

I’m a Panera fan. This particular Panera Bread was in line with all the standards that make Panera Bread an above average franchise restaurant. There was no wait to order and the food was delivered quickly as well. Clean place with friendly staff.

I love, love this place the food is always fresh and the workers always take their time with you. My favorite is the rapid pick up, my food is always ready when I ask it to be. The workers are so good at their good there is never a long line. Each person treats you with kindness. I will always continue to come back to the Panera Bread! :)

We walked in just before closing after a long day of work. We ordered our food and received exceptional service! Kayla took our order and the manager, Tony made sure we were well taken care of. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, even though we came in so late! Sweetest service! Great food, too! Recommend this location to everyone!

The food is good. Try the southwest chicken tortilla soup or the summer corn chowder. Freaking delicious. My favorite sandwich is the chicken avocado melt or the steak and white cheddar sandwich. Try it. They aim to please, Just don't go too crazy.

Awesome service! First time ordering from this Panera and the delivery was at my door within 15 minutes, they forgot my 🥖 but the manager was super friendly when I called back and got it redelivered with a cookie within minutes! I can’t ask for anything else! Love Panera!!!
