This was my first time here and I got a 10 inch Supreme pie to go. First thing I want to say is it was delicious, very flavorful. I asked for the regular crust and it was thin, if this was regular don't order thin cause I am not sure what u will get. The toppings were sparse and not evenly spread around, only one slice had onions. Overall, again it was flavorful and I judge more on taste then the few minor issues above. They have a diverse menu and I will definitely be returning and trying other items. Will I get another pie from them, absolutely. Also, friendly staff and fairly priced. Great job guys, I will be back.

Gluten free crust is any size you want it is a thin crust almost like a cracker crust but not as crunchy. It was very good, one of the best I have had!

We had a very short window of an hour to get 10 large pizzas. No only was the staff promise to have these pizzas done on time, they delivered. This isn’t your CC’s pizza I’m talking about. This was delicious, mouth watering, steaming hot works of art. I had 14 employees and not a slice was wasted. For the price we paid and the demand given, these folks went above and beyond for us. Definitely going to come back for all of our company’s food needs in the future.

We had calzones - Italiano and seven cheeses-and those were so very delicious! The place is neat and quiet, and service is good!

Amazing pizza and handmade breads ticks. The pizza here is a bit of a thinner style, if you have eaten pizza in Europe you will be familiar with the thickness. The crust is perfectly crisped to a gorgeous golden brown that makes your mouth water when they put it in front of you. The pasta is also great so I know they have a chef with real skills behind the scenes. The staff is awesome and I highly recommend dining in.

This place has become my go to location for pizza or pasta. While the ambience is nothing special the food is amazing. Always fresh, well prepared and delicious. I recently tried their onion rings appetizer and they too were delicious. The lasagne is one of my favorites but I have enjoyed everything I've ordered here. Run by a very nice family too.

The best neighborhood pizza in nashville. The best price, the best family service! They even have GLUTEN FREE AND VEGAN OPTIONS (for those allergic to dairy cheese)!
They get it right every time!

I had an absolutely wonderful time eating at E.Milanos! We came a little earlier in the day when it was quiet and had probably the biggest gluten-free pizza we have ever had at any pizza restaurant. 10 out of 10 would recommend coming back just for that gluten-free pizza. Everyone else serves a medium, something like a 9 to 10 in maybe. My eyes could deceive me but this was closer to a 12-in pizza. Well done! The service was great and it looks to be family owned and run which only adds to the appeal. A little hole in the wall that I would come back to again!

The chicken Alfredo was amazing! We liked the buffalo pizza, a little hard on the sauce but over all it was great. You have to order at the counter but it’s not necessarily a problem. Pretty cheap and came out pretty fast. The place is nice a homey overall, the decor was nice and tame. Pretty great place, would recommend for people looking for nice Italian pizza. Pretty cool 👍🏻

Great NY style pizza! We stopped by to get a bite while waiting near the airport, and it did not disappoint. Great crust, and the pepperoni pizza reminded me of my favorite childhood pizza joint! Will be back if I'm in the area again!

Stopped in on a Saturday evening with my college-aged son. The dining room was orderly but empty. I'm sure they do mostly take-out orders so not that surprising. Still, a little human energy would have been nice. We received prompt and courteous service. Ordered garlic knots and a large meat lovers pizza. Received the knots in 10 or 12 minutes - reasonable for freshly baked items - and it was a generous serving for the price. The marinara was a bit underwhelming, with a bit of a canned tomato soup vibe, but the garlic knots were fresh and delicious. Pizza arrived hot and fresh. It was very good. Adequate toppings, and kind of a bready outer crust. Dave Portnoy would undoubtedly call it a "football" pizza. Darn good value at $15.99. Large meat lovers, garlic knots, and one Coke... Under $25. Not bad at all. Had three slices left to take home to boot. The parking lot is a bit sketchy with cracks and potholes and the liquor store next door had piles of empty boxes out front - not the greatest curb appeal - but overall there's a lot to like about E Milano's. They had a large menu of non-pizza items too. And yes, several take-out orders were served up while we were there. If I lived in the area I'd definitely be a regular customer.

Such an amazing staff that was so accommodating for our first time out with our newborn son. The food was great with probably some of the best freshest breadsticks I've had and really good Alfredo!

If you like super flat pizza, this is your place. The gyro salad has a good amount of meat in it, but it is over-priced for the quality. The menu prices on-line are lower than they really are... maybe call to confirm before ordering.

It’s pizza. It felt lacking any seasoning other than salt. And I’d be willing to bet the dough is machine pressed. I would’ve thought it had been handspun with the brand name!
Good service though.

Great pizza place near our home. My wife has celiac (gluten allergy) and E Milano’s always goes a great job with gluten free crust to make sure she doesn’t get sick. Our go to pizza spot

E. Milan is in Nashville: Excellent food! We came in during the week that the North American Irish Dance national competition was in town and they got slammed. But they handled the demand pretty well despite unexpected technical difficulties. Greek salads were great (Romaine not iceberg 👍). Eggplant Parmigiana was super tasty along with the pizza margherita. Definitely recommend!

This is our 2nd time ordering from this place. We got one of their pastas and it was so good! It was hot and came with bread which was also amazing! This place is a gem in Donelson.

Awful customer service!. Terrible, terrible customer service. We called tonight to place an order. When we told the person who answered the phone we had four orders, he/she? yelled "Damnit. I am really busy. I am on seven lines taking orders." Okay... rude. We ignored it because we were hungry. Well at the end of the order, the woman/man is trying to get off the phone and I say, "Could you repeat the orders?" (Since I had four orders, I wanted to make sure it was correct.) The woman/man on the phone said, "you know what? I really don't have time for all this. I don't want your business." And hung up on me. Awful! Beware of this place.

-----27 Sep, 2014-----

Awful customer service!. I calledWtonight to make 4 orders for dinner. I was cussed at and told "Damnit. At the end of the order, we asked that the employee repeat the order. We were told, "you know what... we don't have time for that. We don't need your business." And we're hung up on. Unbelievable!

I actually created an account just to give a review. I ordered the humus which was $7.00! And it came with one pita cut into 4 pieces, and some sloppy over seasoned humus. I actually called and asked if they left out some pita because for the money I truly thought it must be a mistake for 7$. However, they assured me this is how they serve it. What a complete disappointment, not only in food, but in customer service. There are plenty of pizza places around Donelson, I suggest going anywhere else.

Spinach Dip with Chips. I waited 2 1/2 hours for this. Tough calamari, frozen fried mozzarella that isn't melty stringy like it should be, broken chips and soupy spinach artichoke dip. So disappointed.

-----24 Aug, 2014-----

Delivery. I have been waiting over 2 hours for my delivery. I have called twice. The only thing I have been offered is $5 off my next order. At this point a next order is not likely.

We took a chance on going to E. Milano's, we hadn't heard any reviews on it and the place looked dead. After just stepping inside, I already the atmosphere. The employees were genuinely happy and eager to help me and my family. We all ordered individual entrees and a large pizza for the table. The food was fantastic, literally the best pizza I've ever had. And my family was more than happy Italian dishes. Since we are out of town, we often make put the way visits to go back. Very affordable, great food, even better service. I highly recommend E.Milano's.

Delicious Italian eats!. I have both ordered delivery and eaten-in at E. Milano's Pizzeria and was fully satisfied with their amazing food and service. They have a large selection of specialty pizzas, fresh salads, and even dessert. There are many vegetarian options as well, which is important to us non-meat eaters. Their specials are great as well. We ended up getting a large gourmet hummus pizza (you gotta try it!) for delivery for only $12.99. Sooo good and great price!

I took my family there to eat one night and it was great. The lasagna was AWSOME!!!! My husband had the stuffed peppers, which you can't find anywhere. My kids got spaghetti and meatballs and ate it all.The guys that work there are super nice. It was also one of the cleanest places I've been to. I will be returning on a regular basis.
