Picture is after i started eating but it was very good! Prices are good, the restaurant is clean and nice and roomy . One of the employees was rude but i think she got fired so that’s good. Manager has amazing customer service. I would definitely come back
This is such a superior place to eat the highest quality food! Salads are fresh, light , ample servings with some of the best dressings I've ever tasted; quality tastes superb! Their sandwiches, panini's are masterpieces, with melt in your mouth goodness! You'll find a pleasant, sparkling clean atmosphere where I always feel welcome and comfortable, no dressing in Sunday finest needed, just a casual fine dining experience! And best reason, their food never leaves me feeling bloated, hungry or unfulfilled! Yoor cost is minimal and return is off the charts! Just go, support your quest for excellence in everyday dining and keep such businesses prospering in our fair city!
Newks is a nice quiet place to get together. We have a monthly get together and we enjoy having an affordable place to get together where the food is both tasty and consistent. The management has been quick to help fix any issues that we have had. I love to order ahead through their website when I need to grab something to go. The complementary croutons, pickles and bread sticks are a great touch. They have giant reusable cups for their sodas and tea that are great. And we love the quirkyness of teal straws. The spicy chicken pizza is my favorite. The salads and the mac and cheese are also big hits with our group.
I have been going to the restaurant since i moved here 3 years ago. It is near my house, so convenient, but the reason I keep going back is the quality of the food and the excellent service. The soups actually are homemade and have fresh herbs. The sandwhiches are fabulous and the strawberry cake cannot be beaten. One night there was some event in town and all of the pizza places were backed up so we ordered a pizza from Newk's. We were stunned at how good even the pizza is. The new manager is on top of his game, I will say that for certain. Everyone seems at attention and the man never sits down and he is always friendly and so helpful.....always. This is a top notch restaurant even if you think of it as fast food, it does not have any of the signs except that the service is quick. It is a 5 star and I am happy to put my name on this review. I've been here a few times and it has been great Everytime!! They keep drinks stocked well and the food is amazing for a fast casual restaurant like this. Plus their pickles are my absolute favorite. I got the chicken pesto sandwich and ceaser salad and it was delicious.
Food is pretty basic for a deli style restaurant, though it does have flatbreads and additional sides to choose from.
I ordered the Club sandwich which was really good.
The main reasons for the 4 stars is because I’ve had to wait for at least 25-30 each of the times I’ve visited or even picked up a carry out meal.
The food was delicious at the Bellmeade location!!! I got the Newks Q with the Alabama white sauce. It was amazing. The customer service at the register was great. They made me feel welcome and were very attentive. They offered great suggestions which is why I chose the Newks Q. I plan on going back soon.

They got a downstairs and another drink machine all the stand UPS they got seem bit excessive. They got clean Bath Rooms. But the atmosphere seems un-hitched and irrelevant. Dark seating and dim atmosphere not jn a relaxed way. Three and Half Stars! Expansive seating. You get freebies add complimentary service.
But they are cheap or uninteresting. They have rounds full of empty full stock values.
Help yourself to some pickles. You do not get to try the presumably fresh mac and cheese. Do you know they say it comes in a package?
Already you can question. You have to pay for entree or side. I got the side of multi cheese Macaroni. It was just a tiny portion. But customer is always wrong. I just want a good deal with my buck. Manager was nice but to correct my order the waitress just all "you can have a complimentary" So you get wafers and sticks wee! They also got fancy cakes not all ar great. Average quality. So not too bad. I guess
They also got lemon or another flavor whoopie pies in their fridge here. At downtown Nashville. Not really. It could just be out due to popular place.
Generally at all I do not remember whoopie pies on the menu. So Notations to you that they have some unique extra.
Great place for lunch. We enjoyed the food and the fact that we can mix and match lunch options. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant and bathrooms were clean too. We would definitely come again
I love all of the fresh food options that Newk's has to choose from. If you're looking for something different than fast food but don't want to spend a lot of money it's a great option. The food is always delicious and the customer service is great.
