Holy cow. This place is so unbelievably good. I'm in love with these loaded tots.
This place has modern military fill, but is incredibly cozy. I felt a bit like a kid with an epic hideaway.
The service was really friendly and my food was delivered quickly despite everything being made fresh. I ordered the Buffalo Loaded Tots. My picture skills were not up to snuff at all, but I took a bite and died a happy death. The flavor, crunch, freshness - all of it is spot on.
If you make the right decision to stop by, you'll see me. I'll be the one refusing to leave until they roll me away.
We spoke with the owner while we visited (good chance he is the one you'll see when you come). Definitely not your typical restaurant experience but that's the intent and something you should expect when coming. I checked into the tent (where you can stay and eat the food) because it was a slower night and everyone was hanging out in there. Great atmosphere and the food is on a totally different level. During our trip we got some really good Nashville style chicken (check), some unique sliders (check), and some loaded tater tots that were out of this world. All from a food truck less than a mile from the overpriced food in the hotel where we were staying. We actually even ran into a couple hotel workers while dining. It isn't your typical signing experience so prepare to get cozy in the tent and share a bench! Well worth the adventure!
You would not expect much from this unassuming little food trailer. But you would be wrong! What an amazing place and staff. Greeting was fantastic, food was beyond exceptional. I ordered the 'Mericano, no onions, sub cheddar cheese, bacon mac and cheese tots. Wow!!! I would highly recommend trying them out. They also offer Veteran discounts.
One of the best places I have visited. Staff is outstanding and a joy to talk with. First place my brother and I have been to in the Nashville area. The Mac N Tots were delicious and definitely placed on my list to return. The Tots are seasoned well and the Mac was perfect and topped with bacon. Will be a regular stop for us. Highly recommend to anyone wanting great food while supporting our Veterans.
Simply fantastic. Food was great. Service was friendly and quick. I had the Funky Chicken, which was the slider of the month, and the Le Paquet, along with the Mac n Tots as a combo. My wife had two ‘Mericanos with the Bacon Cheddar Ranch tots. Everything was delicious.
Seating was in the tent and was quite comfortable.

So glad we stopped here, great reviews pulled us in (and wanting a burger). Delicious food great service and in my opinion a Grand Business!! They have definitely done a great job perfecting their menu.
The food; I had The Farm Hand, Mericana with Nacho Tots. The wife had The Farm Hand, The Pequet with Mac and Cheese Tots. Everything was delicious and my wife said she could just keep eating the Pequet if she had more. Totally full after our meals.
They have an Army tent with a heater and tv with a few picnic tables for an eating area which is so nice to get out of the wind. I'm so very satisfied with this little restaurant. This is saved and we will visit when passing through again no doubt!!
We hit it big when we discovered this food truck! The tots are one of a kind & warning: highly addictive! The sliders are creative and sauced to perfection. I usually get mine on greens, but today went with the bun. Parking is easy. Indoor and outdoor seating. Everything always super fresh and served hot!
I had The Farm Hand, Le Paquet, and the Nacho Loaded Tots. All were made fresh on the spot. Even my dog liked it 🐕 I appreciate the tent. It reminds me of Hawkeye and M.A.S.H. and camping in military tents 😁
Cool patriotic themed food truck with covered outside seating, convenient (by car) to Opry Mills and the Opryland Hotel. Sliders can be made into a salad at no extra charge, to minimize gluten/carbs, but think slider size - like a cute side salad. Most people are probably just going to add the loaded tater tots anyway, because that's where the menu shines. Crispy tots and the nacho version had a heap of cheese, meat, and other nacho toppings that hit the spot.
Another amazing find from Google search. 443’ from the hotel. What a little treasure. I had a burger in greens with over hard egg. Super tasty. My friend had a slider with tater tots and I sneaked one. So good I went for a second. As always, support your vets. The owner is a proud Marine.
