Good vibes, great music, sublime spicy chickpea burger! I want to visit again before I go, and that’s saying a lot for being in Nashville for just a few days’s visit. Don’t miss this little gem- stop for a London Fog and a muffin after your must tour of the Ryman Auditorium. You’ll be glad you did!

Fabulous. Great coffee and espresso drinks, plus snacks, lunch and dinner menu. Clean, friendly and quick. Perfect to grab a decent bite downtown anytime, or certainly before your show at the Ryman.

Really good food. Not an overpriced tourist go-to, it is a place to get a full serving of yummy chicken chili, a fabulous juicy burger or other great meals at competitive prices. A bit loud but with the preshow crowds it needs to be. If you don't try the chips you will miss a treat.

Great place for a quick bite to eat after touring the Ryman Auditorium. My wife had the pimento and cheese and I had the Nashville Hot Chicken and Waffles. Both dishes were wonderful!

Met up with a couple of friends before going to see a show at the Ryman and hung out here for about an hour. Ordered a couple of drinks which were rather expensive ($15 for a simple cocktail) but good. We didn't order any food but the other patron's dishes looked pretty high quality/appetizing. All in all, not a terrible place to pop into before a show.

SUPER handy if you have tickets for an event at the Ryman auditorium. I had the Nashville Hot chicken and waffles sliders and they were fantastic! Was in town to see KANSAS at the Ryman, and a bunch of the band's fans, which are known as "Wheatheads" decided to all meet up for a bite and to visit face to face, since a lot of us talk to each other on the KANSAS fan pages. Cafe Lula was VERY accommodating, and let us put a bunch of tables together so we could all talk and hang out. Food is median in price, but is delicious. My daughter got a ribeye sandwich and it smelled AMAZING, and she raved about it after, so I know her food was good, too. Free WiFi is available, too. Stop by if you are in the area and give them a try!

This establishment is one for the books! The overall atmosphere of Cafe Lula makes you feel as if you've walked into a palace and in turn you're treated like royalty. The staff's awareness of your needs is impeccable, my glass was never empty. As for the food, the large array of menu options was exhilarating. I personally stuck with a classic, Prime Rib, which was original, but done to perfection.

Spent the day there at a conference hosted on-site. The staff was amazing and were able to anticipate everyone's needs. If they saw an empty drink - they filled it, dirty plate - they picked it up.
The food was excellent. There was several options so there was something for even the pickiest of eaters. I also enjoyed the overall vibe/decor of the cafe. It was bright (lots of windows) and lively.

Spent the day there at a conference hosted on-site. The food was excellent and the overall vibe/decor (lots of windows) created a great learning environment for our group of 50 or so. If you're hosting an event and this space is available it is a wonderful alternative to the traditional hotel meeting room/ballroom.

Wanted something other than burgers or BBQ. Had delicious chicken vegetable soup and hubby had chicken salad sandwich with homemade chips. Both were excellent. A nice refreshing place, also serves some great looking salads. They roast their own chicken right there. Lunch for under $20.00!
