Staff were outstanding and positive. Very busy when we arrived. They did a great job of getting us through.
Mayo seemed a bit aged/dried out. Lettuce had obvious brown/oxidized areas. Sandwihlch was bathed in vinegar (which I was ok with, but other patrons may not appreciate. Not the standard we are used to with JM, but good enough in a rush.

I had long ago given up this location with it's horrible employees unclean conditions. Today I saw that it was open again after a remodel, so I gambled and tried again. Nice remodel, new efficient layout, super friendly and competent staff.

The first thing that I noticed on my first visit is that it was very clean. No trash on the floor or tables. They greeted me when I came in, and we're very courteous. I was concerned that I would have to wait long, because I was on my lunch break. It seemed that they had enough people helping, so they were pretty quick. I waited in line for my pick up order. I wish they had a sign that was obvious and in plain sight that people can see that said pick up orders here. My Club sandwich was excellent.

We love subs at our house....probably eat em at least once a week. Had never tried Jersey Mike's, but had heard it was worth giving a try. My opinion......more than worth it. Friendly, warm, and inviting staff. The menu is not huge, but everything on it looks great.....and the two we had were outstanding. Lots for your money here. They certainly do not skimp on your sandwich. I thought they were a bit pricey.......until I lifted that sandwich. IT WAS HUGE. We will go back!
