The place was cozy and busy. Naturally we had to wait for a table, but that's expected when the food and service are good. I had the Royale and my wife had the French toast. We would recommend them both.
We arrived before the rush. Our table ordered an Irish coffee-pretty good, I added vanilla simple syrup, a turtle latte- not sweet enough and came cool when we expected it hot, french toast, garden omelet, loaded gravy and biscuits - BEST MEAL AT THE TABLE, and a bacon egg and cheese bagel.
Our service was good and the restaurant filled quickly with coffee goers. Many just came for the coffee.
Delicious! Our first trip to Nashville and this is the first place we stopped for food or drinks. I was wanting something refreshing and a good coffee drink. This place was perfect! I had the small Gail salad and the Salty Siren. Loved them both. Fantastic, friendly service by all their staff also!

Nice vibe, great service, excellent coffee. We had a salted caramel cortado and a seasonal latte with cardamom and other spices- both delicious. The only reason I gave the food 4 stars instead of 5 is because I ordered the huevos Rolandos and the beans were swimming in liquid-difficult to eat. The other reason was that the sausage patties had quinoa and other spices we were not expecting, just didn't like it. But the freshness and quality of the food was excellent. We had a really nice server who gave us some great shopping recommendations. I would definitely recommend this place, and would love to go back.

Service and food were great! The food options were unique from normal diner options. Recommendations are the Vanilla Brioche French Toast and Huevos Rolandos.
Cute little place. Although not on the menu, they were willing to make a dirty chai latte.

They were out of some menu items but were willing to substitute. The gouda grits were a little too thick for me. My husband would've liked a potato option on the menu as a side.
Such a great place for breakfast! I stayed at the Dream hotel, and Frothy Monkey was just a block away. Wonderful coffee + awesome food made this a must-revisit spot on my next trip to Nashville.
Great breakfast spot. Good selection of food and drinks. Not many dairy free options though. The staff was friendly and laidback. The omelette was really good, the blackberry cold brew was ok. Would definitely recommend!
