Excellent food, always kind and promptly service when I have visited. Would recommend for an "off the beaten path" food stop. Excellent beer and wine menu as well, definitely recommend bringing friends / out-of-town visitors. Awesome back patio with plenty of tables and seating surround by various plants and trees for natural fence / privacy feeling.

It was very cold dinner night and we were given place near outdoor it was really cold in restaurant and burger was not that great in taste i have tasted better burger then this. The restaurant style.music and environment was great but i felt there was something i really did not feel anything spl about it and yes service also nice...
DELICIOUS! I had the Stroganoff Burger with sweet potato fries. The mushroom bechamel on the burger was so so good. I also very much enjoyed the homemade buns. The fries were okay, not crispy, but tasty.
Great atmosphere and location, it always seems busy. The menu was good but the drinks were great. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I'll be back again soon!
Everyone else I was with loved their burgers and the beer selection. My chicken pesto sandwich was totally lackluster. Chicken was dry as hell, it must have been frozen. Atmosphere is good though. So are the sweet potato fries. We'll probably come back to try other burgers.
Service was great. Waiter greeted us immediately and was very friendly. We sat outside and just loved the area. The burgers were awesome! Definitely recommended the stroganoff burger! Also have a great German beer selection. Can't wait to go back again!
So don't order the platter unless you have not eaten for 3 days. I had to take over 1/2 of it home in a togo box. All very good just a whole lot of it. The made to order cream and cherry sodas are something that you absolutely need to try.
Came from out of state and arrived a few minutes before opening. We were immediately seated once we got in and the service was great. They told us house favorites since we were first-timers and gave recommendations on drinks. Food was awesome, we all got different burgers (stroganoff burger was definitely worth trying, something is never heard of before). Everyone in our party left full and happy. Would definitely go back next time we're in town.
Very good burgers and equally great service. The food arrived 5 minutes after ordering. They were not busy. For arrived out and amazing! The staff was very accommodating and very kind. Customer service was rare meaning you don't normally get great service anymore. They know what servicing a customer is all about. Thank you
When we planned our visit to Nashville, one burger joint that kept coming up as a "must visit" was "The Pharmacy". Long story short, it does not disappoint.
This location seems like it's an odd spot, but inside (especially the backyard) is great. When we came in after a tired and weary day, we chose the inside just to be quick. Then we glanced outside and asked our server, Georgianna, moved us outside.
The burgers and Octoberfest beer really hit the spot for a late October afternoon, and Georgianna really went above and beyond to take care of us outside, and not in her usual "zone". Overall the service, food and atmosphere are great, and this is one of those classic Nashville spots you need to add to your "can't miss" list.
Atmosphere, staff are super friendly. Great outdoor settings. Burgers delicious but my only “picky me” was I think the burger meat was a frozen patty a little over cooked. The ingredients and everything else made it amazing still. Beer 🍺 tasty as well and fresh.
The food was amazing and so were the drinks. We had decent servers they were kinda packed but one server was so nervous and shaken up he had to get another one to wait on us, he was young though looked new. But overall a great visit during my time in Nashville.
My wife had the mission burger, I had the BBQ burger. For hers she says "was amazing! I'm going to dream of coming here to have that burger!"
While I do not share that enthusiasm for my burger, it was definitely good and so were the tater tots.
The cocktails were good and a decent size for the price point they are at.
The outdoor area is really cool. It can be a long wait on the weekends but if you like burgers and beer it's worth it. The ingredients were fresh and fries are delicious. They have lots of fun sauces to try on your burger. A couple of things to know...
I wish they had big pieces of lettuce for a no bun option on a burger. They only have shredded lettuce.
The beef patties aren't very big either for the price.
The music was very loud and hard to have group conversations inside. But overall it's a hip and cool atmosphere.
This is a really fun place. Styled after a soda shop, the bar wraps around. Very unique burgers with tons of options. The peanut butter and chocolate whiskey milkshake alone is worth going. They also have the best fries!
Lunch was excellent! We got there at 1100 and were seated immediately. Parked across the street in a residential area. My son and I got The Pharmacy Burger (I had fries and he had tots), and my husband had the Chipotle Slap Burger with the German potato salad. I also had the root beer, my son had the Cream Soda, and the husband had the Erdinger Dunkelweizen beer. Everything was so good! The burgers were cooked just right, sides were amazing. I ordered a side of the BBQ sauce (yum!). Drinks were so good too! Atmosphere was fun.. we sat inside due to the heat index, but a lot of people coming in behind us chose to sit outside. Many people chose to sit at the bar. German theme was cool! Our server was Michael A and he was very friendly and attentive. So glad we chose this place for lunch! Would definitely recommend if you are in the Nashville area! 10/10 🙌🏻
During a recent visit to Nashville, we found this hidden gem in East Nashville through Google reviews. Please let me steer you this way too. A quick Uber ride from the Omni on a Wednesday night got us there and promptly seated in the Biergarten. Service was top notch, the burgers amazing, holy cow the fries were plentiful and tasty. I enjoyed the various beer selections and my son enjoyed the phosphates. Don’t think twice, just go!

The establishment is fabulous!! It has a great atmosphere and wonderful service! And the food is out of this world! Oh! and the dark lager is superb! Two thumbs up!
