I'm a fan of Buffalo Wild Wings since long time ago. The bad thing about this one in Naples is that you wait for ever to get a table, and not because is crowded, but because you have to "wait to be seated" and there is no one to welcome you. So you are gonna be waiting till a server sees you..
I have had both dinner and lunch at this restaurant for business meetings and with family and friends for a casual dining event. Each time I have tried different things on the menu and the food and the service has been excellent. They have a full bar on happy hour prices all day every day and their bartender is great. The restaurant is good for families with kids, as the bar area is separated from the main dining room by a half wall which doesn't make you feel isolated. With TV screens lining every wall up at the ceiling you can still have a pleasant conversation with the other members of your dining party as the TV volume is kept low. There is plenty of parking too.
I went with the family and check them out. Read the reviews about bad this and bad that, I can tell you that I thought everything was amazing. Food took about 15 minutes to come out, well expected as they cook fresh to order, beer selection was great and the nice and cold. The drink specials were $3.00 Jack and Cokes. Well one of the drink specials. I don 't know when these other people have been, but my family says keep it up, everything was great!
Went here for the Super Bowl. Had a rough experience due to our waitress quitting mid-shift, but the remaining staff really did a great job thinking on their feet and recovered from it. We got taken care of, and ended the night with great wings and fries. Despite the problems, we had a great time and would return.
Beers were cold. Chicken wings were okay nothing to wanna go back and eat. If anything my kids food was better. They got chicken tenders and fries which were very delicious. The bears were cold, the cheese dip was more chili then cheese. Customer service was ver nice and seating was almost immediately to arriving. Clean quiet. Nice little family spot
Great place to watch the game. Nothing on the menu for less than 1000 calories.
Went w my son to enjoy wings watch a game after work.
Food was great. Wings cooked well.
The issue was the service.. slow, inattentive, only 2 people in the place for a 230 game, but couldn't get a drink...
Would go back for food if had to with a group. But not as a two or three person place to watch a game.
First time here and I liked the sports bar type environment. Lots of TVs everywhere to watch any type of sporting event that is going on. The food was great also, i had some hot Wings for a starter and a tasty burger to top it all off. Will be coming back again soon
I was disappointed in my first visit but decided to give them a second chance. They have been great the last few months. I can come in for lunch and be out of there within 40 minutes. The food is much better as well. Good job guys.
The service was amazing and the food was exquisite. 1-2 minute wait to get my order and food was a 2-3 minute wait. Really big menu and lots of good drinks. Waiters had great service and where nice.
