I just love this place! I have visited three times in the last month and have only good things to report. Tried three different meals; one fish and two beef. I have had four different sides; both potatoes, the cauliflower and broccoli and brûlée creamed corn which is more like dessert, but I am not complaining. The item I tried from the dessert menu was the apple tart, wanted to lick the plate. The wine list is vast, I only looked at reds and had no problem finding one I liked. The staff is SO good, professional, knowledgeable and genuinely care. It takes a minute to get used to the dim lighting when you walk inside from the sunshine, but you get used to it and it totally fits the vibe and menu. I’ve sat at a table, but I personally love the cozy vibe of the booths. The bar seating seems fun too, will be back for that. My guests were different each time and they all agreed this place serves up some of the best food in Naples! Our server was Erica last night and she was top notch. When I return, I will update my review with the other servers names because they deserve the spotlight too! See ya soon;)
Love love love! Food was absolutely delightful, our waiter was on top of it all, and the restaurant itself gave elegant and cozy-feeling vibes at the same time. The clam chowder is a MUST if you’re thinking about coming here. Hands down delicious! I also enjoyed the oysters on ice and a slice of their key lime pie. Recommend to anyone looking for a romantic date night or just a nice night out with friends/family :)

My group visited here on Thursday, August 17th, in the midst of a 40% discount on your entire dining and drinking bill.
All I can say is a balanced and hopefully fair evaluator of restaurants is that Chops excelled in almost every area. I have been to the finest steakhouses in Naples and have had wonderful meals, but the steaks served here were exemplary both in quality and in preparation. The appetizers and the entrees and the drinks and the service and the atmosphere all combined to provide a superior experience.
I will be frank and say that I think on normal days with normal pricing that Chops is overpriced, but perhaps I need to reassess that statement to say that it is more than I am willing to pay for the goods and services received. After dining here this evening I'm going to reevaluate that statement, because the attention to detail and the amount of pleasure derived from this entire meal was off the charts.
We had champagne, Manhattans, Martinis, red wine, vegetarian platters, steaks and seafood, and many side dishes. It was all delicious.
Obviously, after only one visit, I highly recommend this restaurant.
Came from Miami to celebrate my Husband's Birthday here. We have been to many restaurants but Chops really delivered.Everything we ordered was DELICIOUS! The 40% off til the End of October was a treat as well. Definitely will be back.Thanks for a wonderful experience!
Had a great time, had even better food! You can’t go wrong with the steaks. Desserts were on point as well.
Man this place is FANTASTIC. Highly recommend the corn souffle and obviously the steak. If you’re server looms just like Kershaw, you’re lucky, he’s a great server. Definitely recommend.
We went here last night for dinner. I got the Chilean sea bass and my husband got a fillet. I didn't care for the sea bass as I thought it just had too much sauce on it for such a sweet fish, that it was overpowering. Although I won't hold that against the restaurant as my husband thought it was delicious when he tried it (he ended up finishing at the next day!). Next time I will get the fillet. The dessert was the squash pie with pecans and the Kahlua. It was incredible. Everything was top notch here. 40% off didn't hurt. We have another reservation in the next couple weeks. You will not be disappointed if you eat here!
First visit to Chop’s and it didn’t disappoint. Fabulous steaks, creme brulee creamed corn and organic apple with ice cream desert. By far the best overall meal, service and atmosphere I’ve had on 5th Avenue in Naples. The 40% off promotion was amazing to boot!

I would give Chops 4.75 stars if I could but cannot give 5 stars. The food was excellent. I had the Japanese A5 Wagyu and it was perfection. I also had the mushrooms/brie and it was delicious. Everything each person had at our table of 8 looked amazing and received rave reviews. The service was so good you didn't notice they were there. The place was very busy due to the 40% off promotion and everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves. So, why not 5 stars? Since my dinner was so rich I could not eat all of it. I asked to take the remainder to go. The staff put it in a container and into a large bag. I picked up the bag and carried it outside by the handles where it proceeded to leak (not a small amount) out of the bag and onto the white dress I was wearing. The plastic container was not properly sealed. Believe me, I was more upset about the lost meal than the dress! It would take so little effort to properly put the food and sauces into separate containers to be sealed up and presented nicely. Apparently, that is asking too much of the staff. Otherwise it was a fabulous meal and I will not let the ruined leftovers keep me from returning.
Great Birthday Dinner with a special discount going on. Australian strip was very flavorful and filet was great. Cooked to perfection. We enjoyed the jalapeño au gruton and creme Brule corn(very sweet). Overall a great dining establishment. Service was attentive and would recommend.
