People leaving bad reviews must not get subway 3-4 times a week like our family. This guy working day shift always does the best. My wife is super picky about her subs. She's a veggie sub but likes fresh veggies and soft fresh bread. This guy never disappoints he pulled out a fresh bag of lettuce for us and my wife's response is priceless. Thanks guys. Give this guy a raise! "Best Subway to exist"
Excellent service by the Sandwich artist, I went today June 1 at 7:50 pm with my husband and my daughter and we were attended by the most special person, human, generous and with a beautiful human quality, I wish all the places we visited we met people like that, I do not know what his name is but I wish you always go very well in your life!!!! My experience has been the best, I went with my parents around 7:30 pm and the sandwich artist who served us was wonderful, his attitude was incredible and the truth is that I have never felt like this anywhere here in Naples
Since my review the service and food have improved dramatically. The same employee has become awesome and friendly. I will chalk up my original experience there to someone having a rought time, which we all do. I no longer live in Naples but when I read my previous review I had to take the time to change it. This is a good subway!
The customer service is honestly the best, they are so fast and efficient. I also highly recommend the The BBQ Rib sub! This is the best invention subway has ever come up with.
They were very nice! They reconized me and I have only gone 3 times! The order is perfect and they have fantabulous manners!😄

The people at this subway are always great especially the guy who is always there, I would assume hes the manager. Hes been there for years.
