This is my favorite I’ll primo! Food is always consistent and after many years of coming here I can’t say I have had any negative experiences…but lately the dining room is super clean and well maintained better than it used to be. It’s the best I’ve ever seen it in years! The young lady that takes my order is always polite and professional. Big asset to the company. She always seems to be keeping busy. Keep up the good work!
We normally dine in, and its always a good experience. From friendly staff to good clean experience. The food is always hot and fresh. Personally I like there wings and my kids like the pizza. We got food to go today and it was just as good. The on-line ordering was easy, check out was a little touchie. The order was ready as soon as we arrived, and was still hot when we got home.
order was: pepperoni and bacon pizza,
chicken fingers,
basco Stix cheese filled,
and buffalo garlic extra crispy wings.
Great pizza and other food, serves beer and wine if eating in. Hot and ready on time. Always accurate. Convenient location in Pebblebrook Plaza
This place is awesome. The their pizza and hot wings is the best family environment we always come back here to eat
My dad called the Golden gate location thinking it was the imokalee one, we showed up at imokalee and realized the error. The staff was great and pleasant, called the other store to cancel, re made the order and offered a coupon to offset a pricing error at the other store.

My family and I have been visiting this location for years. The wings and pizza are very consistent. The various additions and sides to the menu has not affected the consistency of the main dishes, pizza and wings. Unfortunately like most restaurants, the prices have risen quite a bit lately, seems like that is the world we live in at the moment.
Love the pizza! Favorite in the area. Can get wine or beer for adults and they have a cartoon normally playing one of the TV's for the kids.
Fast and friendly service. Delicious pizza & wings! I do wish they had more deals/cheaper options, but IL Primo is our favorite wing spot in Naples! We'll be back!
