I recently had the absolute pleasure of dining at The Cave Bistro & Wine Bar, and I must say, it was an extraordinary experience from start to finish! The moment we walked in, we were greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere, setting the tone for what would become an unforgettable evening. The wine flight selections were nothing short of terrific. As a wine enthusiast, I was delighted to see a diverse and well-curated wine list that catered to all palates. Each wine in the flight was carefully selected to complement the dishes, and the knowledgeable staff was more than happy to provide insights and recommendations. But let's talk about the food – a true culinary masterpiece! Under the guidance of the new head chef, David Rashty, the cuisine has soared to new heights. Chef Rashty's background in Michelin-starred restaurants was evident in every dish. The attention to detail, the creative use of flavors, and the exquisite presentation made each plate a work of art. The charcuterie board was a delightful start to our meal. The combination of cured meats, artisanal cheeses, and thoughtful accompaniments showcased the chef's commitment to quality ingredients. The pork belly was a standout dish – tender, succulent, and bursting with flavor. The duck was cooked to perfection, with a crispy skin and tender meat that melted in the mouth. And let's not forget the skirt steak – a carnivore's dream, beautifully seasoned and grilled to perfection. The entire dining experience was elevated by the wonderful ambiance and lively atmosphere. It's evident that the staff at The Cave truly love what they do, and their passion for creating a memorable experience for guests shines through. As someone who has lived in the SF Bay Area for 25 years and frequented Napa Valley, I can confidently say that The Cave Bistro & Wine Bar would easily hold its own among the finest establishments in the heart of Napa Valley. It's a hidden gem that deserves recognition for its outstanding food, exceptional wine selection, and welcoming atmosphere. I highly recommend The Cave Bistro & Wine Bar to anyone looking for a remarkable dining experience. Whether you're a wine enthusiast, a foodie, or simply looking for a delightful evening out, this place is sure to impress. I LOVED this place. Halfway through our meal I said to my boyfriend, “I can’t understand how this place only has 4.5 stars.” The food was delicious, the wine was delicious, the cocktail menu was creative, and our service from Tally and Tara was great. They were attentive, kind, and made great suggestions on both the food and wine. I decided to read through some of 1-2 star reviews. I can’t speak to those who had bad service. Unfortunately the hospitality industry has high turnover so you get some bad with the good, and people sometimes have off days. The ambiance is unique, vaulted stone ceilings, like a cave, do make acoustics difficult however, my boyfriend and I had no issues having a conversation at our table for 2. Either they have worked on it due to the complaints or the full restaurant we sat in was full of very quiet talkers. Though it is not an inexpensive meal, and the portions are not massive, they are fantastic. Absolutely everything we had we would order again.

Wonderful evening! We had a wonderful evening here last night. First bubbly tasting at perhaps Naples most unique wine store. Very generous pours and even something to snack on. Jackson was a great host for the tasting. Then dinner afterwards where we asked Chef David to select what dishes he recommended for us, knowing that we are foodies who have sampled some excellent restos worldwide. Chef David didn’t disappoint as the fois gras was superb as always, the duck breast was tender and the black cod soft as butter. We really appreciate innovative cooking, and with Chef David at the helm, The Cave Bistro has become one of the best gourmet restaurants in Naples.

Amber Juan and Athens were great last night! Super friendly and personable staff. A fun place to hang if you want to avoid large crowds! They also have a wine store, wine club and amazing food!

Where to start? The service was absolutely amazing; the craft cocktail drink selection spoke volumes to the bartenders’ talents; and the food was phenomenal. The inside of the restaurant is one of a kind and worth a visit for a glass of wine and the charcuterie at a minimum.
