Chicken sandwich was good, but fries were old and hard. Needed help getting my order from pickup and many employees walked by, not even asking if they could help.

For a fast Eatery, I have to say, service is great, personnel so friendly and efficient, the place is clean and fresh flowers on the table this is a real plus!

There's a reason this location is always slam packed with customers. The service is friendly, the restaurant and restrooms are clean, and the food is fresh and delicious. Every employee spoke to us with a friendly greeting, thanked us, and invited us back. Unfortunately that sort of customer service is not common these days. I'll happily return to a place where I feel welcomed, wanted and like part of a family. Thank you for being so thoughtful.

Worth going to for a fast food lunch that was not disappointing. Service is great, Very crowded, however; things move quickly. The employees are friendly and helpful. Definitely a GREAT fast food

I am writing to thank the staff and patrons of the Airport-Pulling restaurant. I left a Fanny pack with all my identification, house keys and a substantial amount of cash in it during today’s busy lunch rush. An honest patron returned it to the staff. Staff were understanding and refused to accept a cash reward. Thank you Chick-fil-A staff and patrons for your honesty. As a visitor in Naples, I am blessed to have come across such kindness.
