Fabio's Pizza

Finding a good pizza seems to be more difficult than it should be. We trusted the yelp reviews when we tried this pizza place. From the front it doesn't look like much, but inside you find a warm and welcoming restaurant with a few tables for those not wanting takeout. It was very nice to see the owner and his wife personally tossing the dough and making the pizza. Nothing warms my heart better than seeing the American dream in progress. There is some interesting artwork on the wall showing how successful they have become. We ordered the margarita pizza and it was absolutely amazing. I'm not sure if the cheese makes it so good, but I highly recommend this. Congratulations we will be back!

Great pizza place! Family run business, and they treat you like family. We tried both the pizza and their Philly steak, both were excellent! It was later in the evening when we picked up the food. We noticed they had two small patio tables outside, so we decided to grab a table and eat there. Within seconds, they noticed we were going to eat outside and they brought out plates, cutlery and napkins for us. Fantastic customer service. Highly recommended!

We love Fabio’s! We stumbled across this joint a few months ago and have been going back since! Their food is delicious, the service is fantastic and the staff is incredibly friendly! We always get the pepperoni pizza and garlic bread. If you’re in the area I definitely recommend you swing in for a bite!

Crust, sauce, toppings. These need to be nailed to make a good pizza. Fabio does all three. Crust is essentially perfect. Textured, crispy on bottom, evenly cooked, and with fantastic level flavor. Sauce is a very even balance. I normally like a more acidic sauce but I found myself very much enjoying it. Smooth with some slight tomato chunks to give it a bit of texture. Slightly sweet without being cloyingly so. Toppings are high quality. Ordered a cheese pizza and meat lovers. The cheese pizza really highlights everything that is great about their pizza. The meat lovers shows that the toppings they get are not everyday pizza slop. For the place itself, impeccably clean. Behind the counter, friendly, smiling, lovely people. I will be back.

Superb! Crispy chewy crust, delicious toppings, perfectly balanced sauce... Read the reviews and passed by at least 10 pizza places to give it a try. It did not disappoint. Just wish they had a better online presence. If I were a web developer I would build them a site in exchange for food haha!
