Drive thru only. Super slow. Definitely will lose customers this way. Why is the dine-in not open? But food was very good.
I love the food from Pollo Tropical! This time I ordered the TropiChop Bowl with Black Beans, White Rice, Lettuce, Tomatoes, Corn, Onions, Peppers, and "Churrasco" Steak. I have to be honest, I always add at least 3 little salt packets to the TropiChop Bowl with Churrasco at Pollo Tropical because I understand that many people have high blood pressure and they cannot have salt, so I'm cool with that. I usually drink water with my meals. And all that delicious meal costs less than 6 dollars! One more thing, they offer Free Wi-Fi at the restaurant I highly recommend Pollo Tropical! Delicious food for an unbeatable price!
Pollo is a great place to go for some healthier fast food opinions. They have amazing chicken on the grill. They use spices and make great sauces to pair with your meal. I always love their cilantro garlic sauce. You must try it. And their mango green tea is to die for. Never had mango tea that tasted so natural and not overly sweet. Lunch time can definitely get busy for the rush.
It's always a treat to come here. The staff is friendly. The food is excellent and the prices are great.
Normally I would be praising Pollo tropical for their speed and efficiency. I was in the ft lauderdale restaurant at 2pm on a sat, and was total caos. The drive thru line is and has always been out of control around the building , which means that the smart patrons couldn't leave the parking lot . The service was slow , tables filthy and seemed very disorganized. People that walk in a restaurant deserve faster service for making the effort to come into your business. As far as the drive thru goes, maybe discontinue it in that location, has to be a violation of some sort. Hope the management takes note of complaints
Definitely a go to spot for lunch. The food is always good and the place is clean. It can get a little pricey, but once you figure out what's worth ordering, it's worth going. I love their maduros!

Great comfort food spot for the family or by yourself, chicken is really good, love the fried yuca or sweet plantains for sides. They also have awesome salsas like garlic cilantro, guava BBQ and the best is that Is very Inexpensive.

This was so great! Super clean! Also it was our first time and we had told the young man who took our order it was our first time here. At the end of our amazing meal-he gave a free dessert and said “since it’s your first time here” (we were eyeing up that very dessert he gave to us). Attention to detail! Great food! Awesome service
