It's Texas Roadhouse. Requested a table in the bar, Grey was our server. Took her several minutes to greet us and take our drink orders, we asked for plain butter at this time as well. She brought our drinks but no butter, I asked her again (people forget) and she kind of snapped saying she put a request in for it. We placed our food order and waited for butter and drink refills. While waiting for our food (nearly 30 minutes) we got 1 drink refill and witnessed her fondness over a male employee and her cell phone. Eventually, food arrived prepared perfectly and we finished our meal. Our order wasn't put on the pay kiosk so we again had to wait for her to finish her phone playing to take care of our tab. We came in right after opening at 3pm and left at nearly 420pm . Service was very slow, but the perfectly prepared food made up for it.
We had a great time. Point 1: We only dine out with friends/family we enjoy. Point 2: (Speaking only about this specific TR restaurant.) We go here because we have never had a bad steak or meal. Point 3: The Staff, from the Host/hostesses to Wait staff to Management, we are treated as we expect, with courtesy and professionalism. (We're not hoity toity.) And, should anything not be 100%, things happen, their consideration for their customers always is. They make it, do it right. Kudos.
Our visit was great. Our server Raegan was amazing. We asked to have our meal not cooked right away cause we wanted to eat our appitizer. And She was able to have our dinner put on hold. And she told us when we were ready for our dinner to let her know. Our food was amazing and our service was the best. We will definitely be back again
Great service and food. Our server, Amy, was very helpful, professional and patient. Our party had the Fort Worth ribeye, a burger and grilled chicken with mushrooms. We also had "big fried onion" appetizer. All excellent and cooked per our liking. Very happy with the whole experience. BTW, the rest room was nice and clean too. J
Update, 20230624 - Another nice experience at this Texas Roadhouse. The food, service and atmosphere were great. Our server Kelsey was fantastic. Very pleasant and took very good care of us. ππ
We have been to Texas Roadhouse restaurants in Massachusetts but this was out first visit to one in Naples. Our server was great and she took very good care of us. The free peanuts are always good. Everybody at our table enjoyed their food. The serving team did do one of their dances while we were there so that was nice. I think we will be back. Sorry, no pictures to share.
Let me tell you their $12.99 special is one of the best around. I got the country fried steak and I could not finish it. It came with salad or chili and the chili was excellent. The fried steak was large and coated perfectly. The two gravies were also very good. My wife got the chicken nuggets and all white meat and enough she had to bring home. Dont forget their rolls, you can just eat them and be happy.The service was great, constantly paying attention to you. Try it you wont be disappointed.
Great atmosphere, service from Tall Jennifer was great. All three steaks were perfectly cooked. Chocolate brownie to finish was definitely big enough for three to share.
Will return if we are ever back in the area.
Our server was so very sweet, friendly and went above and beyond to take care of our every need. Dinner was very good, steak was amazing, ribs fell off the bones , the sweet potatoes and the bread rolls R to die for π. I haven't been in any Texas Road house in decades, tonight here in Naples Florida, just 1 mile from our home sits this restaurant. My daughter picked the place for her stepdad's birthday , she has been at the one in Allentown Pa and loved it, so I agreed to take him there and I'm glad we did π plus the prices for the meals are very reasonable. The manager was a sweetheart as well , he welcomed us for our first time there and gave us discount tickets for the next time π
- the receptionists, young and unfriendly ( they need discipline and respect) .The first impression and the anticipation was clouded by this.They were fiddling with their smartphones all the time and were too busy not doing their work. We did not feel welcome.

We had a great dinner almost a week ago with an amazing server named Tom, Tommy, (I hope that's right) He was funny, punctual with everything, and even training someone also. It was very busy, and he was moving π. Food was delicious, he made suggestions that we went with, and were perfect. Even the drink suggestions were amazing. Absolutely great time, and we will be back.
