Philly Pretzel Factory

I am very impressed with the service provided at the Pretzel Factory. They make up beautiful and delicious trays and are extremely helpful in making sure you get what you want. I purchased 2 trays for gifts and both companies loved them. I will definitely order from them again and stop in for some pretzel treats for myself. I highly recommend them.

The best!! Being from Philly, this was a nice surprise. Philly Pretzel Factory is all over PA, but here there is only one so it's a rare find and reminds me of home. It tastes just like i remember. It's a family run business who are from PA themselves and know how the pretzels should be made and they do an awesome job! Thank you for bringing a piece of my home here to Illinois! :)

Top Tier Service! Today was our first experience and we will definitely be back. We were personally helped by the owner and you can tell he takes pride in his business. Pretzels were fresh and service was the best I’ve experienced in Naperville. I’d recommend this place to anyone looking for a quick bite to eat.

They catered for my baby shower this weekend and out of all our food options, these pretzels were the star. I’m so surprised, they were supposed to be a simple appetizer, but we ended up keeping them out the whole time because people kept coming back for them. I got a large tray half regular rivets and half cinnamon sugar. I barely had any of the regular because I was so busy, and by the time the shower was done, so were the regular rivets. The cinnamon sugar was pretty heavy coated, but I didn’t mind, I thought they were delicious, I ate the rest of the tray before I went to bed. They were a little hard obviously, because by that time, they were like 8 hours old, but I just popped them in the microwave and they were soooooooooooooo delicious. The staff is also very friendly, both times I have gone, it has been the owner and his son and they love to tell you all about the place, so don’t feel bad if you have any questions. I want to cater again so I have an excuse to buy another hundred pretzels

My fiance loves pretzels and we are used to Auntie Anne's but personally they aren't as good as they used to be SO we saw this place and they let us sample their pretzels and the workers were so nice and cheerful that we couldn't walk out of that place empty handed..especially cuz of the prices! We got 3 huge pretzels plus a drink for $7 something..the salted caramel dipping sauce is amazing btw! Whether your pretzel is cinnamon or just regular salted! 😁

After driving by multiple times, we finally went there yesterday. The people working were so friendly! They made our pretzels while we waited. That took about five minutes, but while we were waiting, the girl working gave my kids a pretzel to eat. The pretzels were hot and delicious. We'll be back again soon!

Its hard to mess up a pretzel, but the recipe for the pretzel dough isn't that great. We had never been to a Philly Pretzel Factory before, usually having gone to Aunti Ann's or getting a pretzel from a game or the movies. The hot dogs are alright, but the inner cheese they use blands the flavor. The sausages are oddly spicy and pretty low quality. The cheese is regular nacho cheese, beer cheese would be a lot better.
