The rice was either extremely undercooked or really old. It looks like they mixed it with perfectly fine rice but regardless it was super crunchy but I was starving because I hadn’t ate lunch all day so I didn’t get a chance to bring it back. I hope they toss it before they serve it to others. I also did try calling but no one answered just to warn them. The staff was very nice though.

This location has been severely understaffed for well over a year. I work across the street and would like to get lunch here occasionally, but it’s proven impossible. They either close the whole restaurant during lunch hours (to open 2-8 for some reason), or the online orders are ready 45 minutes after the promised time, or today, they’re only doing online orders and the doors are locked, with no warning posted online. I learned my lesson already on online orders, so I’m not risking that. People want lunch quickly because they have to go back to work. I’m honestly surprised this location hasn’t closed yet. I’d recommend going elsewhere.

Easily the worst Chipotle I ever been to in my life.. Employees were nice enough but I have to guess that there is no management here. Everything is out (sauces, napkins, teas)... All the meat looked like it was made a week ago, very dry and crusty... Ended up just throwing it away along with the cup of ice (no iced tea)...

This location is unsanitary and under functioning. The food is often not fresh. They are constantly out of a toppings, including meats. Corporate needs to assist this location. Employees are overworked. I’ve given them many passes but after a restaurant owner ate here herself and pointed out the filth that is near your your food and eating area; I felt nauseous. I understand staffing, but there is no excuse to not clean your shop. You need to close if you cannot keep up. They also close their shop an hour early no notice. A former employee does not recommend eating here.

Chipotle is always pretty much the same... however, when I visited the line was quite long, and during this visit the staff simply told everyone their system had crashed and had no idea how long it would take to get it back up. Most people left, including me. I do hope the team can get some more stability in their IT systems, otherwise I will go to a different location.

This is the worst location I have ever been to. They shut down randomly with no notice and put a sign on the door, and they are always out of everything. We stopped going here for about 8 months even though it’s the closest location to us and go to the Danada Square location now. I was passing by the other day and decided to give it another try and yet again was disappointed. They were out of lettuce and guac and I wasn’t aware until I got to the end of the line. Bought a fountain drink and both the Diet Coke and Coke were out of order so also paid for a drink I didn’t want. This is one of many times this has happened when we have come to this location. Do yourself a favor and save your money or go to a different location. Staff is very nice but I feel bad for them.

I’ve been to this location three times and each visit was more disappointing than the next. Everything from the food quality to the staff service to the cleanliness is absolutely terrible. I really hope corporate sees this. No customer should have a disappointing experience every time.
