Forever Yogurt

Let me first say that I am a fan of this places yogurt! So, I went there craving a late night froyo desert, and although their hours are supposed to be until 10:30 on Friday nights, this is my second time getting there before they were closed and the door being locked. Tonight I had raced there and arrived at the exact time of 10:19, and the workers were in there cleaning and just stared, at me blankly, as if they were confused as to why I would want to come in. I understand how it can be frustrating for workers when customers come in as they prepare to close, but if it's that big of an inconvenience change your hours! With that being said If you are planning on going later in the day, plan to be there at least 30 min before close.

The yogurt was fine but we were the only customers here on a Sunday and the place was dirty. Busy and dirty is understandable. Slow and dirty is unexceptable. My 18 year old niece even commented how crazy it was the place was so slow but tables not clean, floor looked sticky, and stuff on the floor. And the gal behind counter stayed on her phone until we asked her a direct question. One yogurt we sampled was liquid. The girl working did immediately get up and take care of that. The yogurt was good but the state of cleanliness was a bit off-putting. Wouldn't go back.

Great choice of frozen yogurts in downtown Naperville. It is located in a busy strip mall area, but you can find "hidden" parking behind the strip mall. Most don't know about this. They usually update their flavors a few times per month and have about a dozen to choose from. Lots of toppings, tons of space in the store (unlike others that are very small) and friendly people working there. Check out Groupon and Living Social for frequent coupons that can be used here.

Showed up tonight with friends and our 4 kids. Store LOCKED the doors 10min prior to closing time!! Saw customers inside still eating. Employees cleaning. I'm sure they wanna go home, but might as well CHANGE STORE HRS POSTED ON DOOR! Walked away w 2 disappointed families. Will never go here again w so many other options in downtown Naperville!

I wish I could give a zero ! My daughters got a gift card for her birthday and figure I would take them in to use the gift card, I walk up to the register and I'm told they can only take cash or chip cards. No manager around and Store Manager is never around I'm told by female employee. Then I ask for manager information and the female employee says she can only give me the store email address. This is terrible customer service and obviously terrible management.
