Tapville Social - Naperville

Very nice restaurant. Went in and was greeted right away. The staff was nice and informative about how everything worked. The food was well worth the money. Had some great street tacos and a bunch of appetizers. Highly recommend the Margarita Flatbread and Chicken Tinga Eggrolls. The Fried Pickles were a little salty, the ranch helped with that. My husband had a Three Floyd's beer he has never had and loved it. He would recommend it. The strawberry lemonade was just the right amount of tartness.

Beer lover’s paradise. Great place to enjoy variety of beers and if you’re not a beer lover they do offer cocktails/mixed drinks. Plenty of vegetarian and non-vegetarian food options. Not going to lie, the avocado toast was amazing. The bartender/waiter was horrible. Not friendly, not attentive. He had no idea what drinks were on the menu and took 20+ minutes to make my drink. Meanwhile he waited on everyone else and made their drinks even though they ordered AFTER I did. My food came and I was halfway done by the time my drink FINALLY came. I refused the drink and asked for a manager. I wasn’t charged for the drink (as I didn’t drink it). The manager was nice and understanding, but my food wasn’t comped which I felt would have been nice for such an awful experience. I probably will not go back. I can go to many other places in downtown Naperville and get great food and great service.

This was such a great experience. Went without reservations, so we got bar/standing area, but they have barrels for tastings. It’s self-service tap pour and you leave a card on file. I love how you’re charged by the oz for the different flavors. The egg rolls was good. The cheese curds tasted like jalapeño poppers. They have an extensive food menu, so plenty to choose from. Service was nice, friendly, and welcoming. The menus are only online so don’t expect a paper copy.

My daughters and I had brunch today at Tapville. We ordered the mimosa flights, the french toast casserole, and the classic bfast. The food and drinks were delicious! Service was fantastic! Our waiter kept checking on us and both he and the hostess were very helpful explaining how you order things with your pour card. We took our time and never felt rushed. We will definitely be back to try out the beer tappers. Such a unique establishment and a great way to start our Sunday!!

Not known for their food. We tried the nachos, cauliflower bites, guac, cheese curds, margarita pizza, mexican corn street tacos, fried chicken sandwich. The best thing from all that was the side french fries. Trust the google reviews on this one, do not eat here! Drinks are ok. Theyre known for their tap and drink. Its a very affordable price too. The white sangria is fruity, couldnt really taste the alcohol even tho it says 10%. I never felt a buzz even after 3 pours. Overall, I would not recommend this place for even drinks...there are way better places in downtown Naperville. Service is okay, its mostly self order and self serve the tap drinks so it makes sense.

I had actually been to Tapville before it was rebranded when I was going to school. It’s cool being able to see how much it’s transformed and how people still enjoy going there!! I’ve introduced this location to friends and fam, and everyone’s loved it thus far. The idea that you get to choose and pour your own beer makes it unique. The service was also very accommodating. During covid times, I recommend having a reservation if you want to be seated. The manager and staff were very flexible with us. I’d definitely come again!

All It Takes Is One Bad Experience Customers can't really tell the difference between data integration issues, a lack of training, poor operational execution, or business process gaps. No matter how many times people at a point of sale smile or offer assistance these factors can make for a poor customer experience. It's easy to fix. 7:20 PM I was pleasantly surprised to see Tapville Social bustling with a happy holiday crowd on a Tuesday night, and even more pleasantly surprised to find that every single server or patron who wasn't actively eating a meal or drinking a beverage was wearing a mask... and properly, too, not a Kilroy or Beardo among them. The nice young lady at the desk informed us that there would be a wait of about 40 minutes or so, gave us a brief overview of the use of the tap card, and took my spouse's order for a margarita flight. Long story short by 8:15 there was no margarita flight and when we checked on the status of getting a table were told it would be another 40 minutes. I went on my phone and made a reservation for 8:30. The margarita flight magically appeared with a tale of a printer that had just now created an order. A table was now available. Great beer selection, great food, friendly and attentive staff, a fun atmosphere, great signage added an additional star to this review. I'm uncertain as to whether one bad line of code or some jerk in marketing who said "Push 'em to the back of the queue until we get their personal info" took away 30 minutes of my time but I'm pretty sure I would have been offered a table on the frozen surface of perdition if I hadn't gone on open table from my phone.
