Great service, knowledgeable cashiers, extremely fast delivery from the kitchen, high quality delicious food. A manager was expediting the prepared to-go packages, making sure that customers immediately knew that their meals were done and ready.
Always has been slightly on the pricey side and slightly smaller portions, but the food is worth it. Everything I've tried on the menu is good and well made.
Disappointed to see the sign still up saying that hours are still being shortened as they are short of staff.

Horrible experience/service during the lunch hour at this Panera Bread. When I was giving my order at the register, I inquired about their take two combo (as I never ate at Panera before), but after hearing more details, I informed the employee that I will order a full sandwich (because the combo only gives half sandwich). So I ordered 2 whole sandwiches for my partner and I, but instead I received 1 whole sandwich, a half sandwich, and a piece of baguette (which I never even ordered, but it came with my whole sandwich as a side). Mind you that the employee never asked me what side I wanted and just chose the baguette for me because of course I want 2 sandwiches and a baguette because that is the best combo (sarcasm).
Eventually, when I got my order, I told them about the error and the manager attempted to resolve it by redoing the order and informing the kitchen to make another half sandwich. Only problem was that the kitchen was pretty backed up and I had to wait another 5-10 minutes for the remainder of my order and my initial order was getting cold. When I told the manager if I could cancel the other order because my food was getting cold, the manager just told me that the sandwich is in the oven and about to come about and made no attempts to resolve the issue of my previous order getting cold because of their error.
Overall, food was okay at best, probably didn't help that it was lukewarm (bit overpriced IMO), but I felt the service was horrible. I would probably only go when I know it's not busy because they obviously can't handle a big lunch rush hour effectively.

The manager was very rude. He doesnt know how to talk to the customers. If someone has place the order at their kiosk, he is supposed to check it before blaming the customers for taking drinks without paying. Never go there during closing time.

This Panera is the crown jewel of Naperville and Teri is one of the reason I think it is, of course everyone is awesome here but Teri is the best, may because I interact with her a lot :)
There are people in the world whose sole desire to make others life happy and joyful, to make others smile and that's something which makes them happy. This is such a beautiful approach to life and it's the only way one can get true happiness and joy, and I think Teri knows the secret. I hope and pray that others are touched by her true love for other fellow human being and can aspire to follow her path as she retires from this Panera and moves on with her life.
I will definitely miss her, her saying Hi Amir everytime I walk into the Panera, greeting me with the most honest smile and starting conversation on how I am doing. These are simple words and sentences, but it always have lasting impact on people's life!
I wish Teri all the best in life, a happy, joyful, peaceful, healthy, loving and wonderful retirement, wherever she goes. And I am sure she will radiate her love and light of joy and wisdom to everyone she interact with. It's really natural for her :)
We will miss you Teri, stay always blessed.

Customer service is very bad. They don't respect their customer. I was in front of the menu when no one was behind the counter during a non-rush hour. After I figured out what to order, the clerk came. At this moment, one guy came in. He walked right in front of the clerk and started to order. I was a bit surprised and thought the clerk would say something. Instead, she started his order. Ok, I was in a good mood today and didn't say anything. The guy may be in a hurry. After my order, I didn't see my name on the screen that shows the customer's name. I then asked the clerk if the staff was aware of my order. She looked at the screen and didn't say anything. Later, she went back and said they were preparing my order. After a while, they put one to-go bag on the counter and said for thina (way different from my name and not capitalized for the first letter among all the customers' names). I then asked them if they are preparing an order for my name. The manager came over and read through the orders on the receipt. I said yes, they are mine. He didn't say anything either and just pushed the bag to me. No one said sorry to me or gave me any explanation throughout the whole thing. Thank you for your time to read my lengthy review.

Ordered a bowl of French onion soup and an avocado chicken chipotle avocado melt. This was a pick up order and was told it would be ready between 2:40- 2:50 pm. I got there at 2:39 and was told my order was on the shelf. Took it home and it was cold the sandwich was a big mess in the French onion soup hardly had any cheese. It was also cold. The best thing to do is eat there. I will never do it take out

The only Panera I been too where the staff is rude af . You can’t ask these people a question without them being annoyed and giving you attitude .These people must hate there jobs maybe they should work somewhere else if they hate there lives this bad . I work in the customer service industry so I know first hand how it could be like . But I’ve never once seen such rude miserable people

I did not do the fast lane ordering, I'm old school & it took a few minutes for someone to take my order. The name on my receipt said her name was Jacqueline who helped me. Sweet older lady & she was super kind!
I did the pick 2 with water. The food was great, the water lines maybe need to be cleaned, or I'm just used to my filtered water, anyway, I ate there yesterday & I'm not sure haha!
The restroom was clean. My food came out quickly & the older gentleman was super kind! Asked if I needed anything else. I sat reading my book while my hubby entertained clients at a nearby restaurant. I am from out if town, and if I find myself here again, I'd eat here!
The food is good & clean tasting at an affordable price. The staff were helpful & kind!
