Dunkin'

Worst dunkin in the area. The people who work there don't listen and always get your stuff wrong. Ordered a vanilla long john and they give me a chocolate. Ordered a bagel with strawberry cream cheese and they give me plain cream cheese. I'm writing this because this isn't the first time things like this have happened. There have been many times where they get stuff wrong, and I am not the type of person to say anything about it. Not to mention that the workers don't even say anything half the time. They are just straight up not friendly. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I really want to give this specific location five stars, because their customer service is top notch and out of this world. However, the reason for the 3 stars is because of their food. I’ve tried numerous items on the menu such as their bacon, bagels, breakfast sandwiches, pancakes, and donuts. For some reason, They literally all taste the same. I’m not too sure if they use the same cooking methods for everything but it’s got this certain taste that you actually cannot truly taste the food itself. I really hope this changes otherwise this is the only reason why I have to go to other locations.

Terrible, horrible service. Ordered the most simple things, asked for no whip. They are handing all the wrong things and the drink had whip. Didn't give a straw. Took 15 minutes. Had to honk, nobody came to the window, the lady (looks like always works the evening shift) just walked by. She was the one who took the order, she has the worst attitude and has no patience. Kept cutting me off while i was ordering, no wonder she got everything wrong. I will be avoiding this location from now on. Do not recommend anyone to go there either.

I've never had such terrible service as I do at this location, woman with the blue hair is ALWAYS rude and acts like my one iced coffee is such an inconvenience. I can ignore the attitude but this last time my iced coffee was barely more than half full so I'll be going to starbucks from now on where they're happy to have my business.
