This place shares it's space with Dunkin Donuts.
Not much variety in favors but they do change it up when they add new flavors.
Tried their totally wrapped milkshake and it was delicious.
Friendly and speed service despite their being a queue which is not that often.

Baskin Robbins is my favorite I've cream. I ordered ice cream and didn't learn to well after all places were closed that they ran out of most of our order. A total disappointment. They should know what is in their inventory when they take the order just like other places

I hadn’t been to this location in a while and I have to say - WOW!! Lucy took my order - greeted me with a big smile (mask on but I could tell she was smiling!) She thanked me and asked if there was anything else she could offer. She’s an asset to this store!!!

This busy Baskin Robbins made time for me and my very specific cake request. Manager Silvia offered to do it by phone but I decided to go in. Silvia worked with me and explained just what could be done for my daughter's cake, including her particular special requests. Silvia's patience, understanding, and good nature helped me feel confident enough to ask for the special things. I'm certain the cake master will fulfill our dreams and make it just right. While I was there, I noticed the other employees giving the same high level of service.

This is by far the worst run Baskin Robbins franchise I've ever visited in Rockland, Westchester, northern NJ, and NYC. Employees are clueless and rude. It seems the owner creates a new stupid rule every time I go. First they demanded coupons only with an additional, undiscounted purchase. No other location does. Next they refused to accept multiple T Mobile Tuesday coupons in the same transaction. Everyone else does. Then they refused to scan printed T Mobile Tuesday coupons, only in the app directly. Every other location does. Some people have older phones that can't run the clunky app. I reported this location to corporate customer service at least twice, apparently to no avail. The store should be closed and all employees fired immediately.

I go to dunkin donuts all the time this one has the worse staff ever they are very rude and rush you out of the restaurant. I will never go to this location again. The dunkin donuts of 59 by the car wash they are so much friendlier. I hate this location

There was a long piece of plastic in my milkshake. The cookie was stale, i could tell it was suppossed to be chewy becuase probably 10 percent was, the rest was like a brick. Big time nasty!
