Golden Dragon

Not a good experience. I asked for the boneless spare rib combo with pork fried rice. The number of ribs that were given was ludicrous. Plus, they gave me vegetable rice instead of pork fried rice. My friend ordered generals chicken with veggie rice but received pork fried rice. She does not eat pork. I understand that they are busy, but still, gotta pay better attention to the orders.

I’m giving this restaurant 1 star because I highly feel I was ripped off. I ordered a Large Sesame chicken I got a bunch of Broccoli in it . Most Chinese restaurants at least put like 3-4pcs but come on almost half the container was filled up broccoli! I ordered a small Blk bean chicken and veggies , it was filled with so much onions cut into squares and barely any Chicken! They make good food but very very cheap on their meat .

I ordered chicken and broccoli and crab meat egg rolls. When I came to pick up my order I was told they were just waiting for the egg rolls to be cooked , only they had never put them in! I watched the young lady put them in minutes after I got there ! Then the mother came in and the two of them proceeded to argue while my egg rolls over cooked! I ended up late for work for an order that should have been ready and food that wasn’t even worth it because I make better chicken and broccoli than that!!! Won’t be coming back here ! If your children don’t want to work for you, don’t make them… this is what happens !

The food is good but I noticed the website doesn't list all the items them have on the menu which is a negative. The Facebook page linked on the website goes to a location that is not even in the area which might explain some of the bad reviews. Even if I search for it directly the address is correct on that page but the website listed on that page is not correct either.

Golden dragon seems like a great place, a lot of options which is pretty good. Ordered through Uber Eats and was impressed with pretty much everything, even got an extra spring roll which was quite nice. Only reason I don’t give a 5 is because found a hair in our broccoli tofu ( no one in our household has long hair ) and an eggshell in our egg foo young . I completely understand that places make mistakes and things happen that’s why I didn’t give a lower star but it did get some of us to not want to finish dinner. Rest of food was very good though.

I wish I could give zero stars. I just called the restaurant in regards to a bad order, I asked to speak to a manager and was yelled at, the person on the phone saying “ Don’t call back!” (This is the first time I’ve called about my order so there must be other angry customers calling) and I was abruptly hung up on. The entire experience was very uncomfortable and far from professional. Don’t waste your time or money here. There are much better and far more reliable, professional, and good tasting Chinese food restaurants in the area. Your best bet is going anywhere but here. From large amounts of hair in the food to extremely rude management, you are far better off steering clear of Golden Dragon.

I was trying to be kind by not exposing why I gave this place such a low rating, but the owner wants me to make what the issue public... Ten months after I gave my review. When I ordered the food, the same night I originally gave a one star rating, it was because there was hair in my food. Multiple strands. I called the restaurant I got no help, no refund and no offer for my order to be remade. Poor service and, clearly, a lack of professionalism. Here is my explanation for the one star. Hopefully the owner is looking for issues to fix when going through reviews and asking unhappy customers questions nearly a year after the experience.
