The food was good, but the service was great. Everyone interacted with our one and a half year old daughter, and the hostess/ manager? even ran out after us, saying she was in the other room and wanted to say good bye. There was a great live singer outside, but not too loud. We would definitely go here again.

I haven't been to Pamlico Jack's in a very long time and so glad we went. Food was amazing, service was fast and friendly and the view of the sound was breathtaking. Everyone enjoyed their meal. One of the best shrimp & grits I've had, husband loved his meatloaf and other family members said seafood dishes were delicious. I can't say anything negative about our visit and I'm a pretty hard critic.

Our meal was fantastic! We had a beautiful view of the sunset over the sound. They unfortunately had their hostess not show up for work but honestly I was impressed with how management stepped up and made it work. Everyone that works there was friendly and made us feel very welcome. The Orange Craig was delicious and loved the fried green tomatoes!!

The property is huge! Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. Waiter was very nice and accommodating. Food was delicious and service was quick. The bar knows how to make a good drink. I got the rum punch and you could definitely taste the liquor but it was still delicious.

We come here every year. Best bang for our buck all week. Really good fresh seafood. Great service even though our waiter was slammed. Out door play area for the kids while you wait for food. You can actually talk to your spouse! 7/16/19 Update. Food was still good but not as great as before. Gift shop closed. Appeared to be on a downward trend.

My husband and I tried Pamlico Jack's during spring break and we were very impressed with the service and food. We arrived about an hour before they closed and found out there was a special event going on in one part of the restaurant. I was worried that might mean subpar service since a lot of the staff was focused on the event and the kitchen was winding down for the night, but our waitress- Laurie B.- took very good care of us, and the food was amazing. I had the surf n' turf special with steak, shrimp, and salmon. All were beautifully cooked and flavorful. The seasonal veggies and grits were also amazing. My husband especially enjoyed the sweet potato biscuits. We ate outside and had a lovely view of the waterfront, making for a romantic atmosphere. It was a great experience and we definitely plan to go back the next time we're in town!

We had a great dinner catching up with old friends while vacationing in the Outer Banks. Was our first time at Pamlico Jacks and we had THE BEST time! The food was good but the service was unmatchable! The staff was attentive and went above and beyond to make you feel at home. So many great laughs with our top notch waiter, Michael. We will be back!!
