Ribcrib Bbq

Sitting here for the last time at Rib Crib. Wanted a triple meat combo, but guess what? No rib in the crib on the combo platter anymore. I've been eating at Rib Cribs since one opened in Bartlesville and across Texas after that. Used to enjoy the all you can eat Tues nights. They seem gone. Now more for brisket on the combo plate, too. Down the road is our favorite BBQ, Runts, in Muskogee. We suggest you just go there. You can get wherever standard fare you want on their combo, and for just a bit more, make it all you can eat not just for ribs but any meat. Plus, their ribs are juicy, unlike what has become of the ribs at Rib Crib. Rib Crib used to be my #1 stop. Now it will no longer even make the list. Just go to Runts in Muskogee, and the best Ranch dressing I've ever had to go with their fried mushrooms, onion rings, fried pickles. Just got the plate. About half the amount of food than before, too. Yet another disappointment. I know inflation is on the rise, but if family-own Runt's can keep up, why not this chain? (reviewer has zero stake in Runt's, just love their food)

This is far from bbq! I’m from Texas and I ate here for the first time today. The food tasted and looked like high school cafeteria food. You can tell it was from a bag they heated up and served. None of it was homemade. It was bland too. The brisket, chicken and Turkey tasted like it was cooked in liquid smoke but was really try. The sweet tea tasted moldy like their big tins of tea haven’t been disinfected. Our waitress was sweet but she couldn’t remember our orders. Definitely a 👎🏼 for me! The only good thing about this place was the staff who was pretty friendly and you get a free cup with your drink order unless it’s water you don’t get a free cup to take home.

We got here at 11:40 am and by the time we sat down to order it was 12:30. It took over 10minutes to get our drink, and another 30 for the food. The food itself was dry like it has been sitting under a hot lamp for some time. We sat there for about 15 minutes after we ate waiting for a drink refill or the check. I had to flag the person down just to ask for check. I don't know if they are under staffed or what. We will not be going back.
