I ordered from their takeout/ To-go menu. The food was okay. I don't think much effort was put into portion size for takeout as they do for when you dine in. I hardly got any salad. The container had more red onions in there than lettuce (I forgot to take a picture before throwing out the onions when I got home). I like the flavor the onions add to the salad, but it needed more lettuce. I actually love their famous house salad, but this order was not up to standard when it came to portion size at all. Next time, I'll just dine in, you'll get more for your money when you do. My order also had a $6 take-home fettuccine Alfredo dish as well (not shown in the pictures), which I ate the next day.
I had lunch with an old friend at this Olive Garden location in Muskegon. I hadn’t been to an Olive Garden for a long time, but it was quite pleasant. The decor was Italianesque, and everything was in good shape. The staff was friendly and paid attention to detail, especially helpful when someone in your party has some details they’re very particular about. The food was decent quality. My eggplant parmigiana was very good, and it wasn’t too greasy. This location of the Olive Garden lived up to my expectations of the chain.
Amazing experience, we came in and there was only a short wait of about 10-15 mins. Our waitress was very kind and was amazing when it comes to refilling drinks/breadsticks. The toasted raviolis I had were perfectly crispy, and *bonus* they were really good reheated as a leftover too! ☺️
We often visit this Olive Garden because my dad loves the lasagna. The service and the food is generally pretty good. However, the bathrooms are absolutely disgusting and we all try to avoid going in there. Today it was so gross that my child wouldn’t even use the bathroom. There is mold all around the toilets and it doesn’t look like it’s been cleaned in years 🤢 It’s like that every single time we go to this location. Not to mention we always go at 11:00am when you open so there’s no excuse for such nasty bathrooms. If you can’t clean a bathroom it makes me wonder how clean the kitchen is. We’ve told the hostess and our servers multiple times how gross it is but I’m sure they don’t care and don’t clean it. Please do better Olive Garden and invest in a few gallons of bleach, a toilet brush, and a mop.

The food was prepared well and mostly what we expected. Every time we've been to this location, they've done a great job of accommodating our group, though sometimes it takes between 15-30 minutes because of capacity. Even so, the waitress still provided a good quality of service during our meal.
Our waitress was super sweet! My (18 year old) son hates pasta and was a bit upset to be there, but he was out voted by siblings. She helped him find some food that he would enjoy.
The atmosphere feels quaint and authentic. The food is delicious! This location was clean. There was comfortable spacing between booths and tables. The restaurant was full, but didn't feel too crowded.
We went to celebrate my sister's birthday. The lone server was on point, taking care of 8 people. The manager came by to check in on us. She was very friendly and thanked my father for his military service. The service was one of the best experiences to date.
Food is what you would expect from this chain. It was prepared well. For me, the lasagna was very bland. This is not anything against the location. This is a statement on the chain.
Amazing service and accommodation for my party of 17. You all were on top of everything and did it with a smile. Hats off to you!

We visited on veterans day and my husband was offered a free meal for his service. Very appreciated! Raquel was our server and she was kind, knowledgeable and quick. Everything was accurate and fresh. I'd like to also mention Alecia. I had called ahead due to covid-19 and wanted to assure seating for my party of 4. She had great phone etiquette and was very helpful when answering my questions. When we arrived, she also greeted us and made my husband smile when he spoke of the Marine Corps and she knew they had celebrated the day before. All in all, every aspect of our visit was amazing and great and these 2 ladies made that possible. Thank you for the great hospitality and clear teamwork! Management is clearly doing their job hiring great people at this location! Always a pleasure when we visit!
The best Pina colada e v e r.I had the chicken w tortellini.Amazing,and the waitress we had at the Muskegon,no one was phenomenal.Tipped her well
