Great egg & Turkey breakfast sandwich. Service is great Also their specialty drinks are good as well. Great place to try for breakfast if your in town.

The food is good and I love the Friday special which is the HOUSE MOCHA FRAPPE I always get frozen dark chocolate kind! I give 3 stars on service ONLY because this location is pretty slow. Someone always greets me saying they will be right with me, but that does take longer than one would expect. When I go to the location in North Muskegon service is MUCH faster!
Bagels were fresh however it was only around 12pm and almost every bagel sold out. There were a few different sweet flavors no plain or savory. I guess that shows how well liked they are though!
Great muffins for the kids and bagel sandwiches for us grownups. Plus the drink menu has so many options. From hot to cold coffees, lemonades, and chai's. Yum yum and yum. The service is great too, the girls behind the counter that were there when I was there were so nice. Great place.
My favorite bagel place I’ve ever been to. I live in New Orleans but always come when I’m in town.
The jalapeño cream cheese is top notch. If you’re feeling dangerous, get it in the jalapeño cheddar bagel. If you’re feeling normal, also stellar on the everything bagel.
The coffee is full bodied and taste great.
Staff is kind and welcoming.
10/10, will always go again.

The North Muskegon location has always been my go to although apple ave is a nice experience.

If I could rate higher than 5 stars I would. Some of the best coffee I’ve ever gotten, and the Lincoln tunnel on an Asiago bagel? Absolutely amazing. I live right across the street from here and go there almost daily. Super friendly staff, quick with orders even when busy, never disappointed with the product. Highly recommend!
If you're going to go here, don't go towards closing time. About 30 minutes before, they start picking up the coffee dispensers, so you'll only have maybe 2 choices of coffee. There aren't many bagels left later in the day either, so you'll have to just go with whatever they have. On the upside, you know they make their bagels fresh every day, but this is really a breakfast/lunch place. Seems like they used to be open later. I don't live in the area anymore and just stopped in while visiting family, so I think I was just disappointed with the experience based off of what I had in the past.
Not only have we loved Brooklyn Bagel's food/service for years, but they have especially been there for our family through hard times. Our grandfather Don Hyma passed away, one of their faithful regulars and when they heard the news they honored him by donating bagels for his memorial service. This meant so much to our entire family and we are so thankful to the staff and owners for taking such good care of us as well as taking such great care of "papa" one last time.
