We gave this place multiple opportunities to provide good food and service, but have been consistently let down. My recent order was two 10 wing combos with fries and ranch for both. The wings weren't that bad (a first), but they didn't provide any ranch and the fries were cold, even though we picked this up at the time they stated to come. We will not be going back. On a separate note, we haven't had any issues with the one in Temecula!

Wings!!! Yes, I get excited with wings and beer. But this place in particular is really cool. The servers are very nice and polite. The wings are real good here, just fried and tossed in the sauce. Every time I've been to this one, I have a good experience. Their happy hour is good as well. It has like a small town feeling, they check on you often. Good customer service. Very clean. If you're in the area, stop by. Wings and beer, you cant beat that!

Made an online order for 10 wings and fries... the pick up time was 8:18 pm. Showed up at 8:15 to let them know I was there and they told me it would be ready at 8:20.
At 8:30 after seeing 6 other orders go out I asked about my order. Hostess told me she would check on it (and even tho she had a radio she went all the way to the kitchen)
Came back 3 mins later to tell me they were putting it in the bag (why didn’t she wait for it 🤔🤦♂️🤷♂️) after another couple of minutes of waiting I asked for a refund... my order never showed up.

Was a good meal. Wings were asked to be well done, they were and had a nice crisp. Burger was stacked well. Tater tots properly cooked, crisp outside while soft and fluffy inside. Service was good once started but had a delay in before being acknowledged.

Open patio was nice and staff was excellent excellent. It was great to eat out safely.

They lose a couple of stars because this location advertises Curbside pickup but you have to get out of your car and walk inside their cramped lobby to check in, then you have to wait outside for your food. Please consider looking at other chain restaurants and their offering of true curbside! I would happily tip if you brought my food to my car, also stop advertising curbside if you don't offer it.
