Normally they pretty good except this time I walked in ordered two other guest behind me ordered they ended up getting there's before me after 15 mins received my order which mined you was a small order :(

I've been to two different Jack in the box and ordered the same food, because I wanted to compare. I was shorted at both, I tried calling their 1-800 number, busy, busy, busy.
However, I will say that they keep their establishments very clean.👍

This place was horrible Miguel was the rudest manager I’ve ever had to deal with and all because there system was not working they asked us to wait inside until they fixed the problem and we did they tried my card multiple times with no complaints from us and The person in charge gave us the food and asked me to wait until the manager to get there and we did and when he finally got there was informed about the system not working asked for my card the other employees informed him that the lady in charge said they where giving the food that was sitting in front of us and turns his head really fast right at me and “no it’s not free” walked away then walked back and “can I see your card” no explanation what happened just “no it’s not free”and “can I see your card” he obviously is a manager who can’t manage when it gets hard I would rather drive to the next city then give that guy my 10 bucks
