I ordered three medium pizzas, one beef, one Italian sausage, and one pepperoni. All the pizzas were pretty small with little to no topping. I spoke with Shelby and she was very kind and understanding, and offered to resend me the whole order after refunding my order. She was very understanding, and coming from someone who worked at papa johns for many years she’s an excellent employee. They refunded it and re-sent it in 30 minutes.

Wow. Ordered online 12 minutes after opening. Had pizza and wings delivered within 1hr. White guy driving Chrysler 300 delivered my order to my truck in the rain and had a great attitude and even made sure order was correct before leaving including packets and sauces. Why is he not running a store?! Sorry I didn't get his name.

MANAGEMENT. Very unprofessional. You will not receive what you ordered. I ordered a new York style and meat lovers pizza. I paid $32.00 and receive the meat lovers pizza only. Luckily for MANAGEMENT my old lady asked me not to pull up.

The box wasn’t sealed. It came like this with the toppings missing. Everything was cold cause it was the cheese wasn’t all the way melted.

Trash! Rude manager left on hold for over 30 minutes. Food arrived cold unsealed after waiting almost 2 hours.

2 weeks ago I ordered and after several calls and 2 hours our food was still there and had been sitting for a long time. I drove to the store and they had to remake it. 2 and a half hours.
Today, they never knocked in my door, my doorbell didn’t ring and I never received a phone call. When I called THEM, they told me the driver knocked, rang the doorbell and tried calling me.
I was right next to the doorbell and my phone doesn’t show any missed calls.
