I have ate here twice. The first time was good, no complaints over here. However, Today I ordered two subs and a salad. Long story short I found a fly that was baked inside my sub. I called and informed the worker he stated,” you ordered a no contact delivery, which means the bug could have got in there when it was outside for a long period.”I told him I answered the door as soon as the delivery woman knocked and ran off. There was no way a alive bug could have got into my sub smushed and baked.

I hate to rate it so low, I really do, but lately they take the phone off the hook an hour or two before they close. Ordered one pizza and 2liter tonight, was told 30 minutes to deliver. It's going on an hour and a half, but I can't reach them because they took the phone off of the hook at least an hour before they closed. Stinks, because we eat here at least once a week, but I guess it's time for a new pizza place.
Update: They never delivered it at all, but were more than happy to charge my card anyways!

Horrible customer service! Order online my order was canceled. No one called or anything. I only knew the order was canceled when I went to track my order. I tried calling and no one answered the phone. I order from Marco’s more than any other pizza place. However, after this I will not.

First time trying Marcos Pizza. I was very disappointed. The toppings all fell off and the crust didn't seem like it was cooked all the way. It was kinda soggy. 2 stars because the cheesy bread was fantastic!

I have ordered several pizzas from this unit. Pizza was very tasty. Had plenty of topping. Perfectly made. Pleasant staff. Convenient locations just minutes from where I live. Great price for the value. I would recommend this place to everyone who likes a high quality pie.

Staff is always super helpful and friendly. Pizza is great! I have 3 very picky eaters and am able to get 2 pizza's to feed 4 very different taste buds!

I asked Callen what he recommended as it was my 1st time at Marco's. He was really rude and acted as if I was bothering him. The pizza was horrible and for $30 they hardly put any toppings on it. I even tipped almost $5.00 and he was still rude as hell! I won't be back! Worst pizza I have had in years! Save your money 💰

Today I went back to Marco's and got the Veggi pizza&cheese sticks and it was delicious..2 months ago I was there & the service and food wasn't Good at all but this time thank you Marco's pizza the cook and counter guy were also AMAZING
