Took my wife and kid here during her lunch break at work and made her late returning due to multiple issues. I followed the instructions on the self-service ordering kiosk, grabbed a "table tent" and sat at a table. Then we waited over 20 minutes for "fast food". So I asked the staff about our order and was told it must have been taken by another guest since it was over 10 minutes old. This was a very customized order with a kids meal... If someone else grabbed this order, they would have known it was wrong. I then over heard the manager blaming me for the error since "I should have immediately came to the counter when my number was called. The instructions provided by the Kiosk was "grab a table tent to place on a table and we will bring your order to you"...
I'm highly disappointed with this location and will not return.

I called to ask about an application and the person on the phone asked for the manager and I can hear them speaking, he asks the manager if she was busy, she said she was not. She then asked if she could speak to me, and she said she could not because it is lunch time. I understand if it’s lunch and it’s busy, however in the same sentence you said you’re not busy… I see why the reviews are so bad about the service if the manager is so careless

pulled up at 10:50 and they turned off all the lights as i was approaching the menu lol. all i wanted was a sprite but okay go ahead and close up 🤣🤣🤣 wouldn’t expect any more out of any McDonald’s at this point.

I'm surprised by the low reviews. This is a really slick, nice McDonald's. Stepped inside and this was possibly one of the nicest staffs I've ever dealt with in a McDonald's. Clean interior. Good restrooms. Quick service given the massive number of customers in the drive thru. I was extremely pleased.

Good hot food and a number of specials. There’s literally 1 million McDonald’s all over the place and it’s hard to give them five stars however this restaurant did extremely well

The only thing I got was sweet tea. When they say sweet, they mean sweet. It was super sweet. Too sweet for me.

Food was fresh but I asked for NO pickles on my QPC and they gave me pickles but left off the onions although my tag clearly stated "No pickles"

I went through the drive thru ordered a happy meal they forgot to put our extra fry and sauce, the burger tasted like it’s been sitting out all day, my fries were not fresh and very cold. DON’T EAT HERE!!🤢
