I had a very SPECIFIC order the first time, EVER, that I visited this location and they NAILED my order to PERFECTION; it was spot on, to the letter. I went back a second time because of my first experience. Usually, MOST, food establishments FAIL to repeat an awesome SPECIFIC order after the first time BUT, they NAILED the exact SAME order AGAIN the second time on a different day! Very IMPRESSIVE! Therefore, I highly recommend this location to anyone who is in the mood for caring service and warm, welcoming staff.

Came inside and ordered two pizzas and a cheese bread. They told me it would be 15 minutes and I said that’s fine. The woman said have a seat, and I said I’m gonna wait outside. While waiting outside they apparently locked the door, because when I went to get the order I was told I’d have to drive around and get in the pickup line! I sit on the pickup line for another 20 minutes to get up to the window to see them open the front door and hand another customer their order! Then I’m told they don’t have the cheese bread and I have to pull back up front and they will bring it out to me! Worst customer service I have ever received and I’m in the customer service business so I’m usually more forgiving because I know things happen. I’m sure no one at little Caesar’s cares but I’ll never be back!

5 stars!!!!! Fast service and nice folks at this location. Called ahead to order 3 pizzas, and 1 Cheesy bread. The wait was not long and the pizzas were ... Delicious!! Thank you to the staff at 1811 Memorial Blvd. You are working hard, and you all are very appreciated!!!!!

Whoever the young dark gentleman was that was working Tuesday night that helped me with my drink with my order had EXCEPTIONAL customer service - I was so happy when I left! Best experience I’ve probably ever had in food. Keep him at all costs!!!!!

They could tell you that they won't take pickup orders. So since they didn't and I've already been here for 35min and line is still around the building I will have a 1hr or more old pizza for dinner. Disgusting and ridiculous.

Horrible customer service... placed an order an hour ago.. nothing but a 1 topping... get there. It's not ready. Yet they're not busy... told me 5 minutes and waited almost 15...

Bought two pizzas about 20 mins ago and the pizza was pretty much unediable, pizza dough was un cooked, big holes in the pizza, almost looked like I was at chucky cheese with reporposed pizza, if I could give this place zero stars I would!!!
